I emailed LiSTNR advertising about my business, and never received a single follow up call, or reply email. Well done LiSTNR, that’s impressive 👏.

Listnr support seems to be put under a bit of pressure. Not much in the way of ongoing communication sent to users email. They might use other channels for updates and notifications and not use email I am not sure.

I've been using their service for several months now, but most of the time, I'm unable to use my cloned voice. Their customer support is terrible—it takes forever to get a response. I'm currently looking for an alternative.

Have been using Listnr for a few years, for me it has worked as expected and a good service 🙂. Hope they keep improving and adding new features, personally would like to see an improved pdf reader feature for example. They have many different voices in many languages and also premium voices.

I have been a customer of Listnr AI shortly after they lunched a few years ago.

My use of this tool for my company has been to create speech from a script we use for different tasks in my company.

Even though I haven’t noticed many updates the software works as advertised and does what I bought my license for.

I find it interesting that there is a sleep function in the mobile app however when your trying to go to sleep you set music at the right volume so it does not stop you from going to sleep however when the Listnr channel is announced and there are ads they come at a much higher audio level than the music is played - this tends to pull you out of your sleep proccess. Please play all audio at the same level

I purchased a lifetime plan which mentioned multiple new voices every month, and agency updates.

In correspondence with me they mentioned that they lost money because of my lifetime deal, they also mentioned from day 1 that there was no ULTRA voices in my agency updates.

I asked for proof regarding their statement and they just said, they don't want to deal with me anymore.

Honestly, this company deserves to go bankrupt, cause the customer service is so trash.

This is really bad. I signed up and the only page I'm directed to is a page where you can buy the monthly services which is $19, $39 or $99. I paid the money and now I'm still stuck on this page. The money came out of my account but the system doesn't acknowledge I have paid for it. Looks like I need to go to the credit card company and get my money back. Don't waste your time with this business

There is no technical support, the app does not work at all, after logging in, after an hour the app stops working until the next day. I think it is on purpose because when I try to log in again it tells me my user does not exist. I bought a lifetime plan and felt like I wasted my money.

Answer: Your response is very unfortunate and proof of your poor service. This is the first time a company has told me that they cannot give me technical support because I was not using their product even after I had paid for it. I believe I have the right to use it whenever I see fit. I am sending you an email, with screenshots proving that I am a user and proof that I purchased the Appsumo license.

Very realistic voices, and good support with a hands on CEO. Highly recommend!

Be careful!!! This app has a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a whole week writting them and no one answered my emails. I requested a refund and nothing. I needed to write in all of their social networks to have their attention. So after many emails and reviews, they refunded me, but now they are threatening me to delete the reviews. WATCH OUT!!!!!!

The product works well and has. Easily 3.5 or 4 stars. Never really had an issue with it.

When having issues contacting support about getting access to my account and being shown a pricing screen for subscriptions when logging in, I immediately tried to get in contact with application support. I email to 2 different emails. the first to the developer or creator of the application and the second to the actual support email.

After about a week with no response, I tried again. I managed to log in to my account without getting an error, but I'm not sure why this happened.I do have a lifetime account not a subscription, so this is why all the changes and errors were odd.

I tried contacting through chat support, but it's just a bot that eventually gives you the support email. I tried email again. I assumed the application had been abandoned or support has chosen to ignore lifetime account owners.

Only after I came here and left a review did I hear anything back. Now instead of asking me what issue I was facing or just acknowledging that we had a communication error, I get an email from a random Gmail account presumably related to the company, accusing me of making defamitory statements.

Not only did they ignore my other emails or any issue I was facing, but they also implied that I would not receive any support if I did not change or remove my review from trust pilot.

So even after I have supported this company and given money to them, I get treated with rudeness. I do not know if Anan himself is support but whoever is very poor mannered.

I bought the "Student" product, but nothing works. When I want to click on voices those if don't activate and I can't download any file. I would like to cancel my subscription but I can't find anywhere to do it. How should I do it ?

I purchased the "Student" product, but it did not meet my expectations. I've used less than 100 credits from the account and have requested a refund. I'm pleased to update that the refund has been processed, although I initially received no response from any support channel.

Classic Rock needs to include 90’s content such as Nitvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins etc as they are now 30 years old and have produce timeless classics.

Unfortunately the 90s audio channel just doesn’t cut it.

Update your definitions and include these essentials.

It will also reduce your dependency on Led Zep, Bowie, Pink Floyd & The Diors.

Finally include some other great eligible one hit wonders from the 70s such as Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel’s (Come Up and See Me) Make Me Smile.

Really i don't use your application until now.
But i read about this on web and i belive it's good.

Bought a lifetime license in February 2023. I liked the product and saw opportunities for my newly created needs. They advertise the promotion with 100GB of storage for Podcast, 30 000 words per month that will renew automatically, and more.

After many months of trying to contact them, they manually refresh to 30K words when I ask, it doesn't do automatically. I don't have 100GB for Podcast. I am sick and tired of trying to contact them to have my account corrected -and it still doesn't show I have a lifetime license. I asked for a refund, and I have been completely ignored.

This service is by far the worst I could experience. Do yourself a favor, and shop around. There are now many other better services out there doing the same or better results. Save your money, let mine going to the drain by seeing this business go out in bankruptcy
