The light fitting looks good and it was…
The light fitting looks good and it was delivered on time
However, it was impossible to get the GU10 bulb to fit in the fitting. It finds the slot but won't turn and there's no grip with the tool supplied. Unfortunately I didn't check the fit until I'd fixed the first one to the wall.
Shame as the unit on the wall looks good but replacing the bulb (even if I could get one to fit) would be impossible.

Quick resolution for faulty seal gasket - excellent service
Ordered a Coast IP44 globe fitting which arrived with a damaged seal gasket. Emailed customer service with photos and they sent out a replacement gasket promptly without any hassle. The new gasket fitted perfectly and the issue was resolved quickly. Really appreciated the straightforward approach - no quibbling, just sorted the problem. Would definitely buy from Litecraft again based on this experience.

Never received the 10% discount off my order, as advertised. I was informed it would be credited back to my card, but it hasn't been. I have 10% vouchers off future purchases, the reason for 2 stars, not 1 star.

Good level of detail about the product. Useful to have a link to lightbulbs that are compatible with it. Next day delivery was excellent. The lights were well packaged and look good quality. The copper colour is very nice.
