Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service from Nathan. He assessed the problem with my ceiling speaker, it was despatched to him for repair, which was completed on the day of receipt, & I got it back the next day.

All back in place now working fine.

Amazing Product, Fantastic Service

I bought a Bluetooth ceiling speaker a few years ago, absolutely loved the product, so was really gutted when the power input component broke!
I contact Lithe Audio to ask if they could replace the part, I was quite willing to repair it myself….I was asked to return the speaker, expecting it to be repaired, but was amazed to receive a replacement speaker…..I am so very happy now, the communication and the service from these guys is second to none!….I would 100% recommend Lithe Audio and will definitely be buying from them again.

Hands down the best customer technical…

Hands down the best customer technical support I've ever had following a purchase. Had some difficulty getting the speakers working following the electrician's install. Nathan from the technical team guided me through the process of getting things working correctly. Quick, thorough and patient responses on email, and available on the phone. Outstanding care.

I had an issue with a speaker

I had an issue with a speaker, contacted support (Nathan) and he arranged a repair, pickup and re delivery of the speaker, no issues, no worries, no problems. Can’t thank Nathan enough. Speaker is back in the ceiling with the tunes on… one happy customer.

Speakers not connecting properly

Nathan replied promptly to my issue and offered advice as to how to fix the problem.
Unfortunately I hadn’t explained the problem clearly, so I clarified and again Nathan came back with some answers.
Everything fixed now, thanks to the support and patience from Nathan at Lithe Audio

Excellent customer service

I bought a bathroom ceiling speaker way back in 2019. It had been well used in the 7 years but unfortunately developed an intermittent fault with the sound quality. Knowing it was very much beyond any guarantee I contacted Lithe to see about a possible repair, I got an extremely quick response from Nathan suggesting a couple of things to check and that if that didn’t solve it then it could be sent back for a repair, clearly at a reasonable cost. They also though offered a brand new latest model replacement at a reduced price which I wasn’t expecting, this is the option I ended up taking. Overall excellent customer service and well beyond what I had expected when I initially contacted them.

Excellent support

Lithe Audio's support is excellent! This wasn’t the typical B2C interaction, it was professional and genuinely helpful. I was having persistent sound issues between my active and passive ceiling speakers. Nathan worked with me step by step through the troubleshooting process. After firmware updates and various tests, it became clear the issue couldn’t be fixed and they arranged a replacement unit without any hassle. Really impressed by the level of commitment! Highly recommended.

Perfect after sales service (and after 2 years)

I had 2 years of excellent use out of my ceiling speaker but it recently stopped working. So why is this a 5 star review?? Because the way in which Lithe responded was pretty impressive. No quibble, no trying to back out, they simply arranged overnight courier to collect the speaker, had it for 24 hours, retuned it the next day - in perfect working order. Whichever retailer you buy a Lithe product from you can rest assured that if you need help from the manufacturer, they are very much on hand.

I'd give 10 stars, if I could

I recently moved into a new house that had a pair of Lithe ceiling speakers installed. I attempted everything suggested online, to get hooked up to the speakers but had no joy.
I then reached out to Lithe Audio directly, maybe hoping they might be able to recommend an engineer who I could pay for a repair. Lithe asked me to return the speaker for them to look at, with the only cost to me being the postage.
This was posted and within a week they had sent me a brand new speaker.
I was not the original purchaser of the speaker and had no warranty passed over to me from the previous house owners.
For Lithe to replace the product shows a service and respect for the product they provide that is way beyond what I would have expected. If only all companies had this much pride in their products. Amazing. Thank you.

Customer Support 100% awesome

Purchased one ceiling wo-fi speaker from US wholesaler. Outdated firmware was causing speaker to disconnect from network making for multiple re-sets and re-connections that you must access the speaker standing on ladder. Nathan at Lithe made it all better. After realizing a remote fix was not likely due to my limitations with computers and software, the speaker was replaced in short order. I was frustrated to start but Nathan understood what, how and why of customer satisfaction. I am grateful and will return to Lithe for more products when needed 100%

Great Company

I`ve had Lithe Audio ceiling speakers installed in three rooms in my house. I had a previous issue with mismatched speakers (optical / analouge connections) in that instance they were kind enough to do me a deal to upgrade my older speakers.
Recent issue I had was one of the power units stopped working. Reached out and the unit was replaced in two days. Special thanks to Nathan for a quick and friendly service.

Upgrade your firmware!

I've had two wifi ceiling speakers for three years and frankly, was sorry that I had purchased them, as they often dropped the connection and their sound was poor. I knew I was an early adopter and regretted it. However, I reached out and Nathan provided a firmware update that has transformed both the connectivity issue and the sound quality. Am now very happy with the product.
