Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with (especially Nathan).
After the winter break we went to use our rock speakers and they weren't working, a quick conversation with Nathan and we agreed he would send me a new cable, it arrived the next day but sadly didn't resolve the problem. Another quick conversation and Nathan suggested I return the speakers, as we lived not far away I drove to the warehouse and delivered the speakers.
1 week later and although Natan was unable to repair it he has sent me a new rock despite them being out of warranty.
Thank you Nathan you are a star.

Enjoyed excellent follow-up technical advice after facing difficulties setting up a multi speaker group under Alexa's control. Nathan filmed a quick video instruction guiding me through all the steps. Absolutely seamless.

I have 4 Lithe ceiling speakers in my home and two rock speakers in the garden. I had an issue with my rock speakers, I contacted Lithe and spoke to Nathan who was a great help and resolved the matter with ease. I would highly recommend Lithe speakers and their customer service..
I always had problems until Nathan saved the day
I've had constant problems with connectivity on my Lithe wifi v2 ceiling speakers, since the purchase and would have marked it 1 star as we basically gave up on using these speakers.
Then I managed to reach Nathan. He's absolutely amazing and helped me update the firmware and replaced a speaker which wouldn't update. Now everything is working but early days in testing so I hope it lasts.
When the speakers work, they are absolutely amazing for sound!!
I know they are supposed to auto-update but this has never worked for me before, hence the connectivity issues in past. I hope the new firmware fixes that.
I have asked for a website link so we can check latest firmware with instructions to update if it doesn't auto-update. Hope HQ action this.
I can use in Home Assistant indirectly via DLNA and chromecast which both work. Would be great if it worked with Alexa and home assistant directly. I understand the pro version can do this, but its quite standard for all smart consumer stuff now so should be available in the standard speakers too.
Nathan was a great help
Nathan was a great help. I purchased some speakers last year and had an issue this summer with them. Turns out the transformer had blown. Nathan quickly acted and the problem was resolved. Brilliant service. Can’t recommend enough.

Lithe Micro Sub connection problems…
I have had my Lithe ceiling speakers for a while now and have been so impressed by them. So recently I decided to add a Lithe Micro Sub to enhance the bass within my kitchen diner.
However, I struggled to firstly connect the sub to my WiFi and then pair them to my ceiling speakers. I do consider myself to be quite technical, and will persevere until I get it done, but in this instance I had to concede and called the Lithe technical support.
After a few chats with the ever so helpful Nathan, I managed to connect the system together and it now all works perfectly.

Bluetooth ceiling speakers
I purchased a set of Bluetooth ceiling speakers a year ago and they worked perfect. However at one point, the main speaker stopped producing a discoverable Bluetooth signal and I was no longer able to connect. I messaged Nathan at lithe audio and he tried to help me troubleshoot the problem but nothing seemed to help. In the end, Nathan replaced the speaker. I installed the new one and I’m one happy customer! These speakers are great!

Lithe ceiling speakers
We have a few Lithe ceiling speakers, one kept dropping the Bluetooth connection, contacted Lithe and they wanted to check what Firmware level the speaker was at, we then found that we could not longer connect with the speaker via the App.
Lithe support were superb, speaker returned, sorted and back with us in under 5 days. All very professional

I bought the multi room wifi speakers…
I bought the multi room wifi speakers and I cannot complain about the quality of the speakers, they are extremely well built and sound really good, however the software side is really poor, very unreliable connectivity and I cannot connect to them half the time since Google home is basically deprecated. Airplay 2 doesn't seem that awful but i haven't tried it.
I just wish the company looked at improving android connectivity and also looked at integrations with Home Assistant which would allow dynamic groups for speakers and give the user complete control over the speakers.

Would give 6 out of 5 if I could.
Can I put 6 out of 5? I know mathematically impossible. But I would if I could. Neighbour decided to connect to my 6,5" Bluetooth ceiling speaker, killed my ability to connect. Various factory reset attempts, etc etc. Nothing worked. Contacted Lithe support, they provided me with in depth, idiot proof instructions how to update the firmware, problem solved. Perfect support, would highly recommend. Oh and the hardware is pretty good too, I have two sets.
Easiest and great sounding ceiling speakers
This is my second experience with the lithe speakers. First was for Bluetooth units placed in a bathroom. Those several years later are still flawless. Once connected they just work. The new sets are the WiFi versions and they are so great. No need to connect extra equipment, they sound excellent and are a breeze to wire and install.
Support has been what you’d expect from a great company. Responsive, clear and very helpful. These are hands down some of the best units for flexibility and ease.

Amazing product and customer service. My ceiling speaker broke, it had run out of warranty. After speaking with customer services they said they would try and fix, unfortunately to far gone and as a good will gesture , replaced it. The speaker is such a talking point, so easy to connect, and brilliant sound, every day is a kitchen disco thanks to lithe audio and the team 🙏
Ceiling speakers…
There was a small issue with the equipment. Following a phone call to the supplier, a new part was sent and arrived the following day. Great service and found the response to my phone was very positive and professional. I bought a ceiling mounted ceiling speaker which is easy to install and provides a great sound in the bathroom. I shall be installing the same equipment in other rooms.
