Excellent post purchasing Support
I have had a set of the Rock Speakers for over 5 years. The speakers have been outdoors the entire time. They sound absolutely great with good bass (which is hard to get outdoors). Anyway… they stoped working a couple of weeks ago. Lithe Audio did not hesitate to help me, despite the warranty expiring years ago. They overnighted me a new electrical connection and the speakers are back to working.
There are not allot of companies that would favourably respond on speakers that were several years old. Great job Lithe Audio.

Excellent technical support
Having worked really well for 6 months my speaker stopped connecting to the WiFi. Nathan in technical support was excellent. He went through everything to try and resolve the issue. When we were unable to he arrange a replacement which now works perfectly. Great to deal with and would highly recommend!

After sending my plans to Lithe for them to recommend speakers and spending thousands on the set up, we tried to connect them together. Guess what, you can't actually connect them together. Despite them selling me Garden speakers, blue tooth sets and pro sets, if you want them all to play the same song, you cant. What is even worse is if you have a big room you can only connect a master speaker and a slave together. This means you have six speakers in one large room as recommended by them all of which can't play the same song at the same time. Complete waste of money system, very poorly designed and thought through.

Update on the below :
I had emailed the wrong department.
I can’t praise Nathan from Customer Services enough…..he is replacing the faulty unit with a new one which I’m really happy about because the sound quality from my original speaker was fabulous.
Excellent Customer Service

Replacement Speaker
I purchased a bathroom speaker almost two years ago which went faulty. After spending hours troubleshooting shooting online I decided to log a support ticket not knowing if it was still under warranty or not. The support team were excellent offering up other options to try. In the end nothing worked so they provided a free returns postage label. I packed item and it was collected the next day. The following day I received a brand new replacement device. Excellent service.

Purchased a bathroom speaker which was easy to install and the sound is great!
However, i did find initial setup tricky and took a while to get it working.
Some months later I changed my network router, had a real problem reconnecting it to my Wi-Fi and had to reach out to Lithe Audio’s Technical team…
Speakers aren't the cheapest available on the market, but worth every penny when considering the support I received from their technical support department. Nathan messaged back with a process and software updates which were clear instructions how to install and what to do which worked perfectly.
Nathan also messaged a few days later to check all was working correctly, Excellent!
I’m a very happy customer, thank you very much Lithe Audio!

Bought a Lithe Audio Speaker in ceiling…
Bought a Lithe Audio Speaker in ceiling speaker and when I received it I had problems connecting to my Bluetooth as I'm quite technophobic , I called the Sales desk where a lovely lady called Amanda helped me, within minutes I was connected and playing my music , the sound was brilliant and I'm now looking to purchase more for other rooms in my house .

Chewed speaker grill
Nathan in customer service sort My problem out and he responded within in minutes.My dog chewed the grill of the ceiling after a worker didnt put it on right.Shes in dog house nowLOL. He emailed me in minutes to say a replacement was on the way. What great customer service. Shame other companies were so great.

Great products and great customer service. I own 6 x bluetooth speakers and 2 x garden speakers.
When I needed to contact customer support Nathan resolved my issue promptly and sent me the part I needed FOC.
Would highly recommend!
Great customer service and after care
I bought a pair of Bluetooth garden rock speakers in 2021. I've had 2 great summers using them in the garden with family and friends. First time use this summer and they stopped working.
Contacted Lithe Audio and got a same day instant response from Nathan, who advised probable cause was the power transformer, based on the symptoms I had provided. Nathan arranged a next day, free of charge replacement, which arrived as promised and I swopped out, which resolved the problem.

Great customer service
Great customer service ! Had an issue with my bluetooth ceiling speaker buzzing when no sound was being emitted. Spoke to a chap called Nathan who was more than helpful. Unfortunately for me, looks like my TV is the issue as no issues when connected to my phone. However during the entire experience Nathan couldn't do enough to help. He also gave me another avenue to try to stop my problematic TV being an issue.

I purchased lithe audio speakers two years ago and they give great sound and add to my home parties and keep the kids happy as a bonus , the gave good customer service when i wanted help with placement.
Bluetooth - keep having to reset
We have the Bluetooth version fitted into our bathroom ceiling. We constantly cannot connect and have to keep going into loft to reset. Complete pain.
Horrible speakers
Horrible speakers! They stopped working the very next day I got them installed. The main issue is with the Bluetooth which keeps disconnecting every other day, £600 wasted. Wont recommend
The experience was made worse by the ceilingspeakerworld who refused to send a replacement or arrange for a pickup of this heavy piece of kit

Pathetic company, just replied here that they will contact me to offer a repair/replacement, but even after several messages they did not replied back. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
