The Pizza that was given to me was WAY…

The Pizza that was given to me was WAY overcooked and there wasn't any cheese on my Italian cheese bread. I called them up their customer service number and they told me they'll refund it and nearly 2 weeks I get nothing back. Call up again and got hung up on by someone with an attitude and called again and then told they refuse to refund me. Which means they lied to me. And this isn't the first time I had issues with my pizzas either. Do NOT order from the little caesars in Essex, MD.

AVOID - Steals money

REFUSES to refund money. Ordered delivery. NO one picked to deliver. They want to give me a gift card because they can't figure out how to actually do a refund. I put the info on my card correctly (otherwise how would it charge?) Little Ceasars blamed my bank. I called my bank, and they said that LC is putting the wrong expiration date. They claim they don't enter anything. Bank says verified all the info. I am not purchasing from LC again, hence me not wanting a damn gift card. because then its just money to them again. I want my money i spent, that i NEVER got my items from. We entered an agreement when i purchased, and they did not deliver on that agreement for goods. So my money should be returned. The breeched their end of the agreement. So now they have essentially stolen money from me. $35 worth of money in fact. I think they should just go out of business at this point between their horrible locations never answering the phones (with no one in the store. i know because i drove by and wanted to call to see if food was ready from an online order), people spitting in food (i saw someone spit in someone elses food years ago. i let the other customer know) ignoring customers who walk into the location, and so much more. I get customer service isn't easy, but at the same time, there is a manner for which a person in customer service person should do, and when you can't do the basics before someone even orders or complains even. Things need to change somehow.

And all this is NOT including needing to call them. it took me FOUR DAYS to get a hold of someone in customer service. when i did i had constant hang ups. someone even kept me on hold until they closed, meaning automatic hang up then. The agents at the call center cant figure out their heads from their butts. Rude people. the supervisor was the worst one.

We ordered little Cesar's through them…

We ordered little Cesar's through them online and the door dasher delivered it to the wrong house.. door dash can do nothing but direct you to be on hold for 30-50 mins waiting for little Cesar's customer service who is so rude and u helpful even hung up on me ! No refund, no food, not the way to do business !

I've visited little Caesars on America and John young many times. I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND that STORE to ANYONE. IT'S the WORST. I'VE WITNESSES EMPLOYEES FUSS CUSTOMERS OUT. THEY'RE SINGING, DANCING, ON THEIR PHONE, LAUGHING OUT LOUD, NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I NEVER SAID a THING. BUT MOST of the TIME JUST WALK OUT. UNTIL YESTERDAY. I ORDERED CRAZY BREAD AS I OFTEN DO. SPACIFIED THAT I WOULD WAIT CAUSE I ONLY LIKE IT HOT. OUT the OVEN. PAID for it then SAT DOWN. The MANAGER with HER NASTY AZ. ATTITUDE WANTED to give ME ONES in the GLASS CONTAINER. I REFUSED THEM. SHE THEN SUCKED HER TEETH and told the EMPLOYEE to go ahead and put some in OVEN. I knew SHE WOULD TRY and PULL a SLICK ONE SO I WATCHED to SEE IF THEY WOULD SNEAK a PACK OUT and TRY to PASS IT as the ONE I WANTED. SHE 👉. DID. The bread was luke WARM, BAG COLD. NOW, IF ANYTHING JUST CAME OUT the OVEN IT WOULD BE 👉HOT👈. AS the OTHER ORDERS I'VE GOTTEN. I REFUSED the ORDER. GOT a REFUND. JUST to be FACING an ANGRY MANAGER with an ATTITUDE. SHE CURSED and KNEW SHE WAS CAUGHT. I WANT WHAT I PAY FOR. NOOOOOTTTT WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE ME. YOUR MANAGER IS SO AGGRESSIVE, LOUD, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Called to order a lunch box special

Called to order a lunch box special. Was told I couldn't bc they always have them on hand ready. Walk in to store and none ready. Told would be 7 min and 6 min into that I was told oh I forgot to put it in. After I stood there for 22 min I finally got my pizza.

Do Not Use door dash to deliver little…

Do Not Use door dash to deliver little caesars today for a change i decided to use them and they forgot my 2 litre Pepsi was on hold for 40 minutes before I got to speak to someone could not find any way to speak to someone or anything online all they said was we will refund your money so I had to leave the house to go to the store to get pop which was my reason for ordering delivery so I didn't have to leave the house and had to anyway Not Happy At All !!!

It don't get better than Caesar

OMG the experience gets better every time. Caesars in Spanaway/Parkland. Just perfect dough perfect pepperoni and extra cheese without asking I love it!! Kicks over dominoes pizza hut and all those other run down places. What great deals like $9 for a large pep and a 2 ltr soda. Don't get better than that!!! Thank you ❤️

Shocked at the Quality!?

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza, and an order of Italian bread. For the weekend, for fam and friends. I did not ask for extra pepp.....they put too much!
First the Itlalian bread was either old, or just over saturated or both, and I have never been displeased with their bread before!
The pizza crust was DRY and the food arrived warm not hot! And it was horrible and when I opened the box,to throw out items and break down the boxes, the pizza had molded over shadow hour? (Overnight)
That has NEVER happened and no I did not eat it I called their CS number, for a refund of $18. plus dollars, and told them to come get it! I had to call on two different occasions because the first person female didn't give me the details of the 7-10 day LCP wait: I thought they had forgot about it.
So when I called back 4 days later, I spoke with a Jeff, he was rude and condescending and told be about the wait time is why I hadn't seen it, anyway yesterday they refunded $6. And I'm like REALLY!?
IDK if it was because I told Jeff that I WOULD be calling back again If my refund is not at my account.
So what do I make of this behavior? Besides the fact that Jeff made sure I keep MY word in calling back again for the rest of my dough!!
Seriously, this is what you don't do to a "previous" customer!
Because yeah, you lost me from the beginning!

I wish a negative score was possible I…

I wish a negative score was possible I got food from the Little Caesars in Foley, Alabama on January 20, 2022 and my food had glass in it. Since then I have called, filled out their complaint form and absolutely no one has contacted me. My opinion is if you want to find non food items in your food, this is the restaurant for you otherwise go somewhere/anywhere else.

After receiving my order an hour late,it was cold and hard. I called to get a refund. They said they would refund all my money. I only got a partial refund. I have tried numerous times to contact them. Including a complaint on better business bureau. They are ignoring my complaint. I consider them to be liars and thiefs! Do not order delivery from them

you think thats bad there is a business in lowestoft using the name they expect staff to work a 75 hour for £180 when ask if about this get told to not return. the restaurant has grime where there should be cement i am disgusted that they past themselves off as this company

Order never delivered, refused to refund= Little Caesar’s will steal your money

I placed an order through the Little Cesar’s website on 12/31/21. They use Door Dash for deliveries, which I was not aware of. My order was never delivered. I called and received a confirmation number for a refund. Now, almost 2 weeks later after waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour one day and then leaving a message requesting a call back. Then never receiving a return call and calling back the next day to remain on hold for 40 min until someone finally answered the phone. I wanted to follow up on the status of my refund and I’m told that I will not receive a refund. They stated I entered the wrong delivery address and it could not be delivered. I assured them that I did not enter the wrong address. They asked if I still had my emailed receipt and if my address was on the order confirmation receipt. I looked and told them that no address was on the receipt besides the store address. I was told that because my address was not listed on the receipt that I can’t prove I put down the correct address, therefore my refund was denied! Now how in the world do I have control over what Little Caesar’s put on their receipts?? This company knows NOTHING about costumer service and obviously doesn’t care if they steal from a costumer by taking money and not providing the product. I spoke to a supervisor and am now waiting for a manager with customer service to call me (which I’m sure they never will). I will NEVER order for Little Cesar’s again! $54 may not be a lot of money to this company but it’s a huge amount for me to spend as a special treat for me and my kids.

UPDATE: It is now over 24 hours later and I still have not received a return call. They may not ever refund my the money they stole but I will post my encounter with Little Caesar’s everywhere I can so others will be aware of how this company works.

Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. On 2 separate occasions I've received my order cold. Not warm but cold. Yet there is nothing they can do about it. Zero care about their customers. Deleted their app and will NEVER order from this company again. Unbelievable

From really bad to awesome... keep it up!

Last 2 orders before this were terrible, we ended up both times throwing pizza away. Got rid of the app. Then our grandson brought home the $5.00 pepperoni, which is now $8.00, but it was actually Great! Like real pizzeria pizza. Great tasting, a lot of pepperoni, very good crust. Not sure why they had to raise it to about the same as other pizza joints... but may consider getting the app back if they keep up the good work. New management or they finally got their act together? Either way, good job. Little Ceasars in Mineral Wells, TX

The Little Caesars in steger is…

The Little Caesars in steger is horrible and I will never be returning. They were more worried about their own personal conversation than they were actually thinking my order. Front door was locked so I had to sit in the drive-through and wait. Pizza was cold n looked horrible!

On the website it says the pizzas are $5 that’s a lie they are $5.55 and it says they are ready 15 min after you order well I’ve been sitting outside this Little Caesars in Cleveland TN been here over an hour waiting, to say the least I’m not a very happy customer

Worst human beings ever

Worst human beings ever. Me and my family just moved to campbellsville KY. We're having trouble getting on our feet after listening to for hours to by disabled brother cry for hours I sucked up my pride called them to ask if they had any left over pizzas or mistakes at end of night which point I was told it was against policy had to throw in dumpster and on a personal note a rude lady suggested I get a job. Well I have job just tough time shame on u disgusting corp and employees beg who ever reads there get a frozen pizza don't support this selfish Corp and godless employees thx for nothing little chasers.
