1) Sausage and green pepper pizza was the tale of two pizzas. The crust on one half was very, very thin and the other half was like a deep dish. Need to do a better job spreading out the dough.
2) Tried the cheese stuffed pretzel dough pepperoni pizza. No noticeable difference between regular crust. Barely any cheese on the pizza...must have used it all for the cheese stuffed crust even though I paid extra. Very disappointing.

With the Pretzel crust, if you add a thin Layer of yellow mustard. Like, a cheese stuffed crust. You might be on to something serious

Horrible. I called at least 10 to 15 times to place an order. No one answered not one of the calls. I had no choice but to go in and place or which I was trying to avoid waiting for a supreme pizza. The whole purpace of placing an order on the phone is to not wait and not I'm sitting here waiting. I was told by an employee that he has asked them to allow him to stay in the front to make sure calls are being answered but they refuse to let him do that.

I order from the Little Caesars on Henry St. in Muskegon, MI as it is the closest to me. Today my pizza wasn’t too bad, but the breadsticks were a tangled mess and weren’t even cooked thoroughly. It looked like an elephant had stepped on them. And when I ordered a couple weeks ago, the pizza and breadsticks tasted like they were a day old. Definitely not fresh. They also forgot our crazy sauce that we PAID for, and this is not the first time. I’ve used this location for several years, I’m saddened that the quality has gone down so much. It truly seems like the staff just doesn’t care. There’s no such thing as good customer service or pride in your work anymore. It’s a sad world we live in.

Was charged for crazy sauce that supposed to come with the crazy bread and they argued that it doesn't come with it sorry but customer was right this time. Also they couldn't refund me for a drink I ordered and prepaid for because they were out of them.

I came into little ceasars 2 Days ago to get 2 pepperoni pizza’s on gretlot rd mobile,Al and I received uncooked pizza the dough wasn’t cooked all the way I AM 4 MONTHS PREGNANT and I haven’t stopped throwing up cause of that uncooked pizza y’all gave to me. What if my baby would have been affected by that or what if me and my unborn baby would have gotten more sick then I already feel then I would have sued you guys if me and my unborn child would have gotten food poisoning bc of that uncooked pizza this is ubsurbed while are y’all selling people raw and uncooked pizza that could kill us or worse make up sooo sick to where we are hospitalized little ceasars needs todo wayyyyyyy bettter with cooking the pizza the right way and the right temperature but nahh y’all made me sick and I don’t think I’ll be buying from y’all again that was the worst pizza I ever ate. Just think next time before y’all catch y’all a lawsuit y’all can’t come back from and that was the worst $15.00 I ever spent on 2 dang uncooked pizza’s.

This is my second complaint for 2 days in a row as an employee of little Caesars. I always come in early to work because I walk 12+ miles one way to work on a regular basis. In doing so I always say my good mornings or good afternoons then I take out the trash for free off the clock, see if they need help, if not sit in the back to wait till it's time for me to clock in. Well just like every single day I work after lakendra works the morning shift or she works the same shift I do and shes there when I come in, I her and everyone good afternoon. So today I walk in said food afternoon went to put my phone on the charger and she comes around from the make line to the dough press out area, saying what did you just say to me with attitude. Then demanding I say what I said to her again. To which I tell her I didn't say anything to her. She then threatened to beat my ass. Came to step to me. I took my purse off because every time I've ever fought a female, if you have anything around your neck like a purse or necklace they will use it by I choke you with it. Every single time... Preparing for her to jump me as she said she was going to beat my ass. She then walked up to me and pushed her chest into my chest to try to dominate me. To which I chest bumped her back, because once you allow anyone to do that to you, they will always and forever bump you, hit you, throw things at you. I know from first hand experience. She then put her hand around my throat and choked me a threatened me. To which I rightfully cussed her out for daring to put her hands on me. She doesn't like me because she helps the area manager, (who I've previously talked about yesterday in my other review that's online. I'll copy and paste after this one for all to see), sell children and cocaine out the back of little Caesars and in the surrounding areas here in Longwood FL. And she doesn't like I come in early because it messes with her and Mrs. Betty selling cocaine and children.... I causes them to loose money by being at work. Because I can't be broken or sold to anyone. I've dealt with pedophile rings my whole life. I was sex trafficked since I was 7 years old by government entities to politicians, judges, lawyers, rich men, etc. I know first hand what a pedophile ring looks like. But since the 2nd time we worked together shes been nasty to me, cuss me out, get in my face yelling, threatening me. Especially after the 2nd time we worked together and she came out back and asked me why am I always so nice to everyone. An I told her that's just how I am. I like being nice to people. And then she gave me a stank face and went back inside of the store. After that, she started being nasty to me all the time. Even in front of Mrs Betty and Mrs Betty would laugh about it. Sit out back and talk to lakendra while she smokes weed on the clock, etc in front of Mrs Betty. Because they are buddy buddy with making money selling cocaine and children in the back of the little Caesars locations and these surrounding areas with cops, etc on payroll they have harass me because I wont turn a blind eye and I keep showing up to try to help the children as much as I can, if I'm being honest. They sell adults too that are in their 20's but I'm especially worried about the children.... They are destroying innocent lives! Both Mrs. Betty and lakendra sells their own children for money too. Anything to turn a profit right? Right! It is beyond my ability to comprehend how you could carry a child for 9 months, push said children out of your vagina, raise them looking at their little baby faces and then let men rape them for money! It is beyond my ability to comprehend how anyone can be so cold and heartless! But lakendra and Mrs. Betty has zero problems with what they are doing to the point they sell their own children!!! Who the F*** can look at their little baby's face and be ok with allowing a nasty disgusting man to rape their children???? Heartless, soulless b*tches can.... That's who. My daddy (God) said they will soon die for what they have done to my daughter, other children, their children and innocent adults.... But I want everyone to know in case before then they have their cops on Payroll take me and make me "accidentally" die.....

I will try to repost the previous review to a response to this one, since it won't let me copy and paste it here, for God knows why not. Ad guidelines are ridiculous when childrens lives are at stake.... I'm just saying, have better standards for people in these situations to be able to reach out for help when cops will kill them for going to get help.... I'm just saying.....

It's not that bad.

I tried this place whilst on vacation, and I've got to say the tomato sauce was on point. The value was great compared to competitors. The garlic sauce wasn't the best, but the pizza was generally good.

That was the worst pizza I have ever had. The Caesars in no.ogden. it was cooked last week.

Where do I even start? The food is so stale, soggy, not cooked properly, just overall not appetizing. There's enough oil in the food to turn the place into a Valvoline instant oil change. I have speared a hog that tasted better than this crap. The whole atmosphere is so depressing. Almost as bad as a 2011 KFC on a Sunday, but I won't go that far. Employees give off a "I hate my life" kind of vibe. I swear there was a used syringe on the back counter. Unenergetic and dull responses from every single one of them it was like they haven't slept in 4 days. I wouldn't even eat here for free. It will cost more in medical bills because of the dysentery I get once I leave this rat hole. Never coming back ever again.

On 12/30 we ordered pizza in the afternoon to be ready by 5 since we were expecting company at 5:30. When we arrived, the pizza was not only not ready but it hadn't been put in. Staff blamed other staff saying that it was put in wrong. They didn't immediately address the order but took their time addressing our concerns. A good business would have immediately took our order since we expressed our need. We didn't get the pizza until 5:30 and were glad our company was late. The next day we called to complain and they offered to refund our money. Three weeks later they haven't done that either. I will never buy from them again. Their customer service is poor!

As soon as I walked in the door I literally got chewed out by a Little Caesars employee all of them need to be replaced they are all rude and disrespectful I will not be disrespected by them again I will not be going into Little Caesars on Galena Avenue in Freeport Illinois no more and I will tell my friends and family about Little Caesars on Galena in Freeport Illinois

If there was option , I could have given zero star.
I went Little ceasear Hillary’s with Family for the dinner.
This place does not accept Amex. After placing order at the counter, I am told that Amex does not work, so lady at counter cancelled and I paid with Visa card.
After few minutes, I came to know she missed the item ordered (beer battered chips) in the order. So I had to go back and pay for beer battered chips.
Beer order was not available. Diet Coke was also not available.

I ordered LC pizza but got charged for BC pizza.
There is another problem menu says LC and BC .

The pizza are not labelled clearly as small or large.

The staff the counter are rude and incompetent to serve the customer.

Rather than apologising , I was criticised that I came many times at the counter and pointed the error to the lady.

Avoid this shift place.

On Saturday September 17, 2022 I visit (LC) Little Ceasars Pizza place on 17th Ave and Camelback Rd in Maricopa County near the hours of 7pm. I ordered a 5 Meat Pizza and a order of Buffalo Wings. What I received was a PEPPERONI PIZZA. After discovering I had the wrong pizza, I tried calling there was no answer. So, on Sunday returned the pizza back where the purchase was made. The manager on shift stated I received a refund on Saturday night. After going back forth with of lack communication with management. I asked the gentlemen to view cameras, he states only District Manager have access to camera. Then I asked for a refund then gave me LC corporate number. Then I placed a called to Corporate on Monday September 19, 2022 however, I am still waiting for the call from Corporate about my 22 dollar a wrong pizza order ,,,,,,,,,,,, Where is my Money? Who did LC give it too?

I just left Little Caesars store 01586-00024 and The Customer Services was Excellent! I was greeted by a young Woman named Nakita S. She was professional, friendly and thorough. She told me my meal would be ready in 8 minutes. I went and sat in my car and 6 minutes later she took the initiative to hand deliver my food to me as I was sitting outside in my car. Nakita S. handed my food to me with a big smile and said, enjoy your food Sir! Thank you for coming in! Phenomenal Customer Service and a Great Attitude which unfortunately a rarity in our society! The worst customer service I believe I have EVER had. Absolutely disgraceful. I bought a pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter of pepsi. I paid for extra marinara and I did not get it. The so called manager said he had no proof that I paid for it. The young man at the drive through who I gave the dollar for the extra marinara would not tell the manger that I paid for it. He ignored me. I did not get my money back. I called a GM name Brad to report what happened. He said his young son worked at the store I was at, but he didn’t believe it was his son that took the money for the marinara. Brad assured me he would look into what happened and get back with me. He didn’t. I called him on his cell number that he provided me with. I left him a message to call me back and he never did. Now, I know why he didn’t call me. It was probably his young son that was so rude that refused to tell the manager that I paid for the marinara. The manager who refused to tell me his name was rude and completely disrespectful. I will never go to a little caesars again. This one was in Bowling Green, Ky on Campbell lane, and the food was awful!!! I plan to nofify the corporate office this week.

The food is pretty good but make absolutely sure that you have everything you ordered before you leave the store. I had someone pick up an order for me and it wasn't checked. I was shorted two items which was worth around $6. I called the store and left several messages because you can't talk to a live person at the store. No one ever called me back. I then called Little Caesars Customer Service about the situation and they said they would leave a message with I'm assuming the store. It wasn't very clear what they were doing. I was told I would get a call back 24-48 hours. Never received a phone call. I'm giving them two stars because I feel their customer service is terrible. Lesson learned on checking your order before you leave the store!!

I just bought 2 pizzas. i generally buy from them once a week. it seams that they have changed there pizza dough. Worst thing I have ever eaten the crust was like eating stale French bread you know the kind you can not chew. They are now worse than frozen pizza and I will never eat there again. Would give 0 stars if I could. Also they advertise several types of pizza for hot and ready but never have anything but pepperoni.

I'm reviewing the Little Caesars in Duluth MN. I have been ordering from this location for many years and always have a great experience. I always order online for delivery and when I want a special request such as extra sauce, uncut, etc, I give the store a quick call and they are always very friendly and willing to help. There are not many businesses that still believe in providing exceptional and friendly service along with a great product but the staff at this Little Caesars in Duluth always goes the extra mile!
