I get locusts delivered every week, they are always well packaged and never any dead ones. I love that you can set a repeat order so I don't have to worry about remembering every week.

I would recommend the live meal worms to anyone who enjoys feeding garden birds. The meal worms are fresh, arrive with adequate packaging, on time. Your robins will love you for it.

Ordered standard crickets and was sent small to medium at most. Sent pictures it. To be told they were correct size. Great customer service NOT!! will never use livefood.co.uk again....

Great service. Goods dispatched same day and mine have always arrived next working day. The quality of the bugs is second to none. Bigger, healthier and last longer than the usual half dead crap you get from your local pet shop, which usually cost more too! George my chameleon sends his thanks! Will only use these guys from now on.

Been using this site for a couple months on and off. The quality of live food delivered is excellent - better than the mainstream pet stores where I can often buy live bugs with some dead ones mixed in. Works out cheaper for me on the whole to buy from Livefood UK and delivery is usually 1 to 2 postal days. Overall a happy customer and I'll be using again :-) thanks Livefood UK

ordered some locusts in bulk they came the next day! very good delivery although a little expensive. locusts all healthy and only 1 dead! very good in comparison to petsathome or some local shops.

I have a repeat order for frozen mice from this company. The mice always arrive cold (I feed on the day they arrive, so no need for them to be completely frozen) and in excellent condition.

Recently my order arrived and part of it was missing. I contacted the company straight away and they responded within an hour, apologising for the mishap and promising to immediately dispatch the missing item. They did so and the item arrived within 48 hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing supplies for their pet reptile or amphibian.

Ordered a cricket keeper but was damaged on arrival. Sent photograph to them as requested and they went over and above what was required of them.
The top of the keeper lid was broken, they sent a complete new cricket keeper.

Does what it says on the tin. Excellent choice of reptilian foods and care goods. Very good prices. Super fast delivery and communication. Would highly recommend.

Good prices. You do pay for delivery, but the cost plus delivery tends to be cheaper than other sites that offer free delivery.
Prompt delivery, generally 2 to 3 days, standard delivery.
An excellent range of foods and products, essentially everything you need to look after reptiles (geckos and skinks in my case). I haven't found a site with a better range.
This is NOT a critisism of Live-foods, it's a word of advice:
Don't order crickets, that may sit in the post over the weekend, during wintertime, they get cold and some may die.

I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, and got my order first thing this morning. I ordered some locust which I have to say some are a bit on the big side, and some Arcadia lights which are in my viv all working. Ver happy with the service, will definitely order again.

Have used this company for many years for live food and accessories for my beardies and have never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and lasts longer than from any other sources. Promt service and very reasonable postage costs. Had a slight issue recently due to a failure by royal mail and staff dealt with it quickly, great customer service. Hope to use them for many more years.

Speedy delivery, and the crickets I ordered were all very healthy. Could not ask for a better service!
