No tickets
No tickets! No Itinerary for the event either even though the VIP experience includes sound check, back stage, meet the band - so you'd expect you'd need to arrive earlier for the sound check at least.
If you check their terms and conditions, there are two 0207 prefix tel numbers you can call... Both numbers don't exist!
Reading 2022 'first 30' is awful
Reading 2022 'first 30' is awful. Same old same old from 90s, noughties and 2010's Download and Reading line ups. Festival Republic & Live Nation are bottom of the barrel in 2022. Fake remorse shown for Astroworld deaths AFTER it was publicized their share price dropped, awful.
Don't use!
If anyone is thinking of ordering anything from Live Nation UK , don't bother!
In August I pre-ordered and paid for the Bruce Springsteen No Nukes CD/DVD set. Release day was last week and I received nothing. Two emails to them over the course of a week went unanswered. Yesterday, I got a reply to my third email saying that the requested item was out of stock, and did I wish to order something else instead? And apparently, my refund could take up to ten days.
Complete rip off and nothing short of theft in my opinion.
Needless to say I won't be using them again. Ever.
Incomplete order email ignored
Pre-ordered two cd’s, only received one. Emailing weekly to find out when the other one will be sent only to get a different excuse every time as to why I’ve never received it. My last email requesting a refund has been ignored. I shall pursue this refund and never buy anything from Live Nation again
Knocking out awful recycled band…
Knocking out awful recycled band package tours like Static-X / Fear Factory / Dope / Mushroomhead in 2022. This company and it's desperate response to the pandemic (loads of aging thrash bands begging on twitter and patreon whilst reissuing vinyl..the extent of the industries nous it seems) gets sadder by the month. Fake corporate PR and recycled nostalgia acts with excess fees, gross.
Knotfest tickets never came
Knotfest tickets never came, refused a refund. Extra merch promised and never sent. Can't even contact a human being. Endless forms online that get no response. Con artists. Easy to see why they're in a few billion debt. Garbage organization, no regard for the customers.
Garbage mosher lifestyle brand
Garbage mosher lifestyle brand. Over priced events. Rat liar, cowardice staff. Putting the midlands at risk of a COVID spike. Fake PR. Excess booking fees. Investigate and shut them down!!!!

having already put the midlands at risk…
having already put the midlands at risk of a COVID spike with their immature download pilot money grab, this $7 billion debt ridden desperado company has now run Reading and Leeds with their sister company Festival Republic, with insufficient security protocols resulting in a girl losing her finger.
Ordered Merch and despite taking money
Ordered Merch and despite taking money, never dispatched a thing. Emailing their customer services just gives an automated email saying they can no longer respond within 24 hours... the problem is, their sites pose as official merch sites and only learnt it was livenation but looking more closely at the terms and conditions... tempted to look into the legal action of this now as they are essentially stealing money.
A company already with a sketchy…
A company already with a sketchy reputation, that during the Pandemic, a stressful time for us all, have increased stress and caused problems for people, all due to their desperation at being $300 million in debt. Still waiting on refunds from 2 theatre shows and 2 arena concerts over 2019/2020 that never happened.
A truly rodent staffed and cowardice…
A truly rodent staffed and cowardice company. They had 63 bad reviews...now 58. Their desperado ($300 million in debt) staff flagging reviews like the shifty liars they are. Cowardload Debtstival. Smelly punk kids ruining the midlands. Liar rat staff. Censorship. The epitome of dishonesty.
Seriously dishonest company staffed by…
Seriously dishonest company staffed by liars and rodents. Never sent merch from a few pre-orders over 2019 and 2020, no help sorting it out.
Non-existent customer service. I feel scammed
I'm still waiting for my Joji vinyl, pre-ordered it July 2020. I full on emailed 3 times to cancel my order, since there's a cheaper pre-order on Amazon. No response whatsoever, not even an automated one. Now I've contacted the US store to see if they can help, but 3 days later it's not looking hopeful they'll respond. It's beyond a joke, the Live Nation support is trash. A spiteful part of me would wonder if it's worth threatening legal action but I don't have the time or money.
Still waiting for refund per Live Nation's instructions I…
Per Live Nation's instructions I emailed them with a refund request per the postponed Washington, DC Beth Hart concert.
So far radio silence. Like things are not stressful enough these days.
I will never purchase anything from…
I will never purchase anything from Live Nation Merchandise again. I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/19/20 and received the complete wrong merchandise. I began trying to contact them. Still today, they have not made it right. And will not respond to my emails, messages, tweets. Horrible customer service.
Absolute Scam merchants
Absolute Scam merchants.
I ordered an Alicia Keys vinyl in September (6 months ago).
Initially I was patient and made allowances due to COVID.
Since then I have been promised delivery half a dozen times, and nothing arrived.
I've chased several times since. Each response received takes more than 2 weeks. Often the response received doesn't relate to the question I asked. The most recent response to my complaint that I have not received the vinyl was a response apologising that my record arrived with a damaged insert! A week later I received an insert through the post (scrunched up in an envelope no less) but still no actual vinyl.
It's impossible to get a straight answer from these guys. They have taken approx. £50 from me including shipping and I don't have the product. I am going to leave these sort of reviews everywhere I can to try and get some action.
Dua Lipa T shirt three months and nothing....
I was charged three times to watch the Dua Lipa concert instead of one. The Tshirt I thought would be a great gift for my 10 year old at xmas and it didn't show. In fact it still hasn't shown up. It is now Feb and no communication at all. Bad customer service, they blame each other and take no responsibility. Either refund tshirt or send it!
Dua Lipa Merch - T-shirt
Whilst I enjoyed streaming the Dua Lipa 2054 concert back in November 2020, I am less impressed that two months later I am still waiting for my small Dua Lipa classic t-shirt that I bought at the same time as my ticket. I paid £24.00 for merchandise that I expected would delivered in time for the virtual concert but this was not the case. Allowances perhaps could be made for the Christmas rush or higher demand than expected. However, since then, there has been zero communication, apologies or updates from this company. If they cannot fulfil orders, then they should initiate refunds immediately rather than be quiet and keep the money of fans.
Worst customer service and biggest…
Worst customer service and biggest scammers. I had preorder a vinyl and they have pushed back the shipping date for countless times, over 5 months I have been waiting!! I was told I would have a “human” response to my customer service questions but they never emailed me. I’ve had no help at all on where my money went and where the hell my package is!!
