Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Zero customer service. I’ve had to go via my credit card company to get a chargeback for the money they’ve taken looking at the reviews I can’t believe the company is still trading. Hopefully people will stop using them and they’ll go bust. We can dream!
This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I bought tickets for an Alicia Keys concert that was to have taken place in July. Understandable, the show was postponed due to COVID-19. I received an email stating when a new date was set, I could keep my tickets for the date or have 30 days to request a refund. Needless to say, I never received an email with the new date. I went to ticket master yesterday and noticed the show is rescheduled for July 2121. What???? I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t receive a refund because the show was rescheduled.......a year later. I don’t know where I’ll be or what will be going on in my life in almost a year later.
This such a rip off. They are scammers.
Metallica Ticket Scam
Metallica Ticket Scam. Scandal after scandal, clearly an untrustworthy company.
It's tough times for live music
It's tough times for live music. I think this is an okay service and a decent way to get tix to shows that are sold out. Prices can be really marked up though.
Criminals
Criminals
These scumbags postponed a show until over a year later so that "technically" it isn't cancelled so they won't give refunds. Meanwhile, they have tens of millions of dollars of other people's money sitting in their accounts.
I want to see a class-action lawsuit. I want this company destroyed.
Awful recent news for artists
Awful recent news for artists. Live Nation is cutting artist fees by 20% in 2021. Live nation wants artists to take pay cuts and cancellation burdens for shows in 2021.

The people and artists will hold these bullies to account. Be warned Live Nation, the shift in your contracts will not be taken on the chin.
Social media makes and breaks companies nowadays, and nobody is too big to fail. If the government doesn't break up your monopoly, we will topple you as a company.
For anyone who doesn't know, this nasty company is giving artists a 20% reduction in fees despite 11billion turnover, shifting all the risk onto them (This is the promoters role and why they get paid so well for what they do), and if an artist dares to get sick and cancels a show they will have to pay DOUBLE what they were going to earn from the show. For more info just search a popular video streaming site using the words "Live Nation" and "Memo".
I call on all big name artists to fight for the little guy and stand up to this industry dictator. Let's take their bread and butter away!
Stole money

I phoned to book tickets to the Welsh Open Snooker and it all went through smoothly. I specifically phoned to ask for aisle seats as my partner has an issue with his knee so needs to have access to move. I was assured we had aisle seats. Have arrived today and we do not have aisle seats for either days, so I was essentially lied too by the person on the phone. Awful service
Genuinely the worst experience with customer service of my life
Genuinely the worst experience with a seller of a product in my life. I ordered 2 items on pre-order from LiveNation Merchandise on December 3, 2019. In my confirmation email, it said the items would ship "near December 13, 2019." Weeks went by without any updates, no shipping confirmation, and my items, which were supposed to be Christmas gifts, did not arrive. I have submitted at least 5 tickets with their online customer service tool and have never received anything but a clearly generic response which was sent to everyone - stating my items were "being shipped ASAP." Well, it is now February 5, 2020 and I have still received no information about my order. There is NO PHONE LINE for customer service so it is literally impossible to talk to an actual human about your order. I have resorted to sending Facebook, Instagram and Twitter messages to their pages to get a response, but have never received an update on my specific order. I would rather just have my money back at this point, but I am guessing that won't be an option if I can't even talk to a human being about my order which was placed over two months ago.
Outstanding Customer Service.
I recently bought a VIP Soundcheck Standing resale ticket for Seventeen which turned out to be a normal standard ticket. When I enquired about this the customer support service was excellent in terms of how well they handled the issue and how fast their responses were. I managed to get a full refund and was provided a link to get legitimate tickets.
Saves your tickets when purchasing
Saves your tickets when purchasing, bullsh it
Avoid if at all possible — terrible and slow customer service
Bought an album online that was being fulfilled by "Live Nation Merchandise". Was meant to receive a download link to the album but instead only got a link to one track.
When raised with their support email address, got a generic auto reply that a "ticket had been created" and in bold red writing, it said not to attempt to chase them on it — "Duplicate or multiple inquiries can lead to your message being pushed back in the queue."
Eventually got resolved after 17 days (this just to provide a working download for a list of MP3s, no postage involved) and only after I started chargeback process with Mastercard.
The VIP Tickets to U2 are not worth the…
The VIP Tickets to U2 are not worth the money. I am trying to find an email address to complain too. Food ran out . Not enough food for the hundreds of people in the room. I didn't cue up so food so when i got up it was all gone.I just though i would let the cue go down as there was a long line stretching around the room. Not worth the $825 per ticket. Really far away bad seats. 2 hour Alcohol package and macaroni cheese is not worth it. They should have told us to bring Binoculars . So far away could not even see the the large screen . If i would have known how far away i would have never purchased the tickets. I asked for more food and they didn't have any it had run out.We should have been told get in early as once its gone you will miss out. Told if i keep complaining no food and they would have security remove me from the venue. They said they kept replenishing it but i have photos as proof. I asked can i email someone instead and was told no point because it comes to us( manager of the event) anyway. The U2 VIP package is NOT worth the money. Once they have your money they don't care.
Overpriced and Under Delivered $825 VIP Joke Experience.
The VIP Experience we had at the Auckland U2 concert Nov 8, 2019 was not good value for money. The food and service were ok. The food was plentiful and good, not great, but good. The staff were very helpful and always coming around with food and drinks. But the atmosphere was loud, crowded and boozy. Was like a crowded rugby stadium bar a lot of the time. Definitely not a VIP hundreds of dollars....(we paid $825 per ticket)...experience. We left the venue in plenty of time to get to our seats. We assumed our seats would be close to the VIP venue. But no it was not..... Nobody in the staff at the VIP venue we asked knew how we were to get to our seats. They were confused, or perhaps embarrassed to tell us the truth. We went outside and asked other stadium staff and they gave us incorrect directions. Finally we were told to leave the stadium through the gate we entered, and then walk around the entire ground and come in the opposite side of the stadium. This took time as we had to fight against crowds of people trying to get to their gates. Very very NOT VIP arrangements. We checked with other people turning up at the seats who we had seen at the VIP venue, and they all experienced the same stuff around having to walk right around the stadium to get to our seats.... We missed some of the first act trying to get to our seats. The seats were good and we got a good view of the show, which was a great show and U2 really put on a great show.. Noel Gallagher was also a great showman and did all his Oasis hits plus other stuff. Good show.
The VIP experience was totally not worth the money. We could have had just as much fun, for hundreds, really, hundreds of dollars less, by just getting a general admission ticket and coming in just before the show started at the right gate.
To call what we had a VIP Experience is really an insult. I have had better experiences being hosted at rugby stadiums for free! I expected a very good concert experience with close to the stage seats after a magnificent party before hand. This was totally overpriced and under delivered. I could never recommend anyone spending $825 on this type of experience. Very poor indeed.
Krystal V Very helpful and nice
Krystal V up in the Pepsi deck. Is the best.
Very helpful
Live Nation should not be trusted
Live Nation should not be trusted. Booked VIP Tickets for my 16 daughter to see the try guys. What a disaster. Worst service ever. Meet & greet at 4pm and the show started at 7pm but they never told us there would be a 2 hr break between meet & greet finishing and show starting and my daughter was in Sydney Luna park and suffered an anxiety attack so she never saw the show. NO STAFF member around to help!!!! What a joke maybe artists should think about who they use for their events.
