Amazing customer service. Everyone I worked with throughout the loan process was great and made sure I was fully in the loop and understanding the process. It feels like they want me to succeed in my new business, and they are available to help make that happen, even after the loan closed. Definitely recommend.

It was simple. I created the account online, moved money, and made more interest money in a month than in the past year. What's not to like? I appreciate that there is a phone number to a real place and a real person. Used it once and was happy with the experience. My questions were answered professionally and politely. A great combination in this day and age.

Live Oak Bank was recommended to me by a friend and I was skeptical about the interest rates and bonus after making a deposit. I’m glad I looked further into this bank, they are absolutely fantastic and lived up to the expectations I had with high yield rates in savings accounts!

I could not complete a simple transfer in my Android App that I have done in the past!!

This bank has horrible customer service. When my father passed away the executor of his estate had a difficult time retrieving the $100,000+ in his account. Live Oak required much more notarized paperwork and hoop jumping than any of the other multiple banks he had accounts with. Our executor stated she found them extremely untrustworthy and they were purposely doing their best not to return his account to his heirs. After all the paperwork the check they cut and sent to me never arrived. They currently refuse to make good on that check. Now they say there were never any beneficiaries for the account. Even though we already proved there were. Please don't use this bank. They will rip you off should the opportunity present.

The Live Oak support team is world class good.

i reached out to this company,and before they even took the time to find out about my business, that by the way is a small business generating over 1.5 million a year in business. and turned me down before even trying!! def wont be referring them to any of the many accounts i have.

Very difficult to make additional transfers

Everything is simple and easy. If I have a question the customer service people are excellant.

Easy to use. Timely transactions. Savings APR OK but would like better options for CDs

I have had huge problems dealing with Live Oak ! Here below is the history:
02/13/26 $20,000.0 deposited to my account
02/23/26 $100,000.0 deposited to my account
02/26/26 $10,000.0 deposited to my account
Meanwhile, on 02/24/26 I wanted to transfer 100,000.0 out from Live Oak to Silicon Valley Bank. It failed, call the bank, a lady said that SVB might be a fraudulent bank. So it stopped. Later I found my account had been frozen, called the bank, told that "for undisclosed reason the bank decided not to do do business with you (Ms. Hung). All your money will be sent back to your original account."
02/27/26 $100,000.0 came back to PNC account.
03/04/26 $10,000.0 came back to PNC account.
Still $20,000.0 NOT received yet.
Call the bank, told that $20,000.0 will be sent within 60 days with no reasons specified.
I am thinking to file a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the FDIC, or the Federal Reserve.

I want to give a big thank you to Nadia Cantu, Christian Felix, And Robert Valentine. They went above and beyond on assisting me setting up my busniess bank accounts. They where extremely helpfull and truly went above and beyond.
