Our order was made on line but we spoke to the seller beforehand to check what we were ordering was correct and equally to ask some questions about the underfloor heating. The person was very knowledgeable about their products so we felt confident in what we were buying. The delivery process was also very good bearing in mind we live in France and we received this within a week of our order being confirmed. The new VAT import rules from an EU country were very clear as well so the company reimbursed the UK VAT so we only paid the French import charges. Overall a very smooth transaction. It just remains to be seen if the product is good when finally installed.

Purchased under laminate heating kit…
Purchased under laminate heating kit for my lounge and very happy. Easy to install and heats up the laminate floor very quickly. The dog also loves laying over the laminate with underfloor heating when it comes on in the evening, will be sure to install a small underfloor heating area under the tiles where her bed is when we redo the tiles in the hall.
