Phoned the LivingHeat technical department and chatted with Graham, who was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Subsequently looked at the videos he directed me to, which were excellent. Purchased a programmable controller from their website which arrived promptly. Installed and working very quickly thanks to their very good service. I will be using them again for future underfloor heating requirements. A great company to deal with.

quality UFH
UFH mat, insulation board, and thermostatic controller arrived and the UFH works fine. I ordered much less Level It 2 screed than was needed, but my order wasn't questioned, which left me with a rushed search to find more.
