Thermostat operating instructions
I inherited a non functioning thermostat in a house I moved into. I contacted Living Heat for advice and they went to great trouble to find a manual for it (as it was no longer manufactured), and gave me me good advice on setting it up.
Also, they went above and beyond to find me a manual for an adjacent thermostat manufactured by a totally different company.
I now have a functioning thermostat and a lovely hot floor.
Overall, fantastic service.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. I called them about an (otherwise excellent) underfloor heating thermostat. It was working perfectly, but was emitting a really high frequency sound - so high that it was probably beyond the audible range of most people. Anyway, they said to send it back to them and they’d replace it. They did call me when they’d received it, to say they couldn’t hear the noise. However, they willingly sent me a replacement all the same. Really impressed.

Excellent product as always. Even when I had an issue with the install and called up Living Heat they gave me the exact answer and I was able to complete and test out the thermostat. Our underfloor heating can now be operated using the Smart Life app on out phones!

Still have a cold floor
Well I phoned up the other week to get some help and your guy told me it's the stat controller that the problem so I purchased a new one and still doesn't warm up the floor so a waste of nearly £50.. But I got what I ordered in a quick turn around

I'm sorry to hear that the change of stat has not solved your heating problem. When speaking to the technical team they will always try and assist in the best way they can, obviously over the phone this can be quite difficult as they are not on site.
If the stat change has not worked i would suggest the heating would need to be tested to establish whether the heating is the problem or the stat itself.
If you make contact with the technical team they will be more than happy to assist once again to try a figure out this issue.
If it is not the stat we would be happy to take the thermostat back and issue a refund for you.
Hopefully speak soon to try and establish the issue.

Great products and helpful people
we bought Hard Insulation Boards and Aluminium Foil Heating for a surface of 5sqm. I did installed the boards which are very easy to cut and manipulate in a little space and also easy to shape as needed. The aluminium foil is very easy to install too. I really appreciated that. Also the technician was very helpful to answer my questions. All working well and set for winter. Thank you :-)

Thank you for your order. The Aluminium Foil is the easiest and cheapest system to install. Because it is usually installed directly under your floor, it is also very efficient and response when in use. I'm sure you will see what i mean, when it gets a bit colder.
