I ordered 30sheets of clear acrylics - it was delivered within 7 days wrapped in bubble wrap. I opened my delivery to find most of my order was damaged. After I sent proof of damage to the company they refused to accept liability as I had signed for the item so they deemed it as delivered in good order. They advised me if I wasn’t happy to pop off and make a claim in court. I have now formally written to them asking for replacement or a refund in 14 days or I will charge back or take to court. The price they quote and the lack of customer service isn’t worth this hassle - I’d rather pay more and not have the stress .

Purchased 6 sheets of 10mm thick bronze polycarbonate to replace old ones on the roof of our pergola . The staff were extremely helpful in advising of suitable solution, the price was competetive and delivery was less than a week. Very pleased with result, thank you. Bill L

after reading the reviews i was about to buy else were but the price was great delivery made in 3 working days very happy not sure what the bad reviews are all about maybe people only leaave a review when its bad and never when its good ?

Absolute joke of a company. (They are not a company at all)

4 weeks after taking my money cancelled the order for no reason. Time wasters, uneducated, rude, un professional plebs.

after reading some reviews i was worried but everything was fine placed a order for over £1000 of polycarbonate and bars got delivery 4 days later more then happy

This company are a joke. Ordered a window which when delivered the front bubble wrap was damaged and the delivery bloke dropped it off and ran. He never gave me a chance to check the window for damage. As a result i am £100 down with a broken window and a company who simply don't care about their customers and just hide behind their T&Cs. I really hope people learn from mistake and never buy from places like this!

Further to my earlier comment on this company, where I classified them as crooks. I finally received the custom cust plasics, 3 weeks after I had loast the customer anyway. The pastic was cut to some size, but nothing like my order. I am now turning to the bank for recovery of funds, and potential litigation as I do not feel they should be allowed to get away with this.

Great until something is broken then they do not answer the phone at all. My F section was stuffed into a van and split as the van they use is too short.

Placed order early March. Can't review the item as it has not arrived to date. The service and communication though is very poor. Still hoping for a good outcome but losing hope. UPDATE 27 April order arrived, not fitted yet but seems fine quality wise. Txt from courier service referred to delivery of a kitchen/bathroom product so I nearly ignored it! No way of contacting courier so have to email seller to relay info. Shame overall as they will struggle if this is their service and I don't like to see that.

Still had no response from this awful company, no refund of materials not delivered. Think twice before ordering from this firm as there are companies who do deliver.

Ordered cut to size acrylic sheet on the 11/12/2020.

Paid with PayPal, website stated delivery in 2-7 days. Come the 20th items still not arrived. Only managed to contact someone by calling sales team. Stated the products were coming from supplier and would ring me back with update. They DID ring me back and assured me items had been posted and would be with me on either the 22nd ore 23rd......

Items didn't arrive.

Managed to make contact with company on 4th Jan 2021, after a lot of phone calls and confirming with TNT that no deliveries due to my address the company gave me a tracking number for TNT .... the items were sent out on the 4th Jan and I received them on the 5th Jan.

I cannot fault the items and all were cut accurately, but the speed and communication wasn't great. The acrylic sheets also came from a different company- www.sheetplastics as they placed a leaflet in the package so did not actually come from ND Plastics who I ordered the items from.

ND plastics also trades under LIV supplies who on looking on Google reviews have a long list of bad reviews.

I purchased a door from this company 30 Aug with a 4 to 5 week delivery date. After receiving no contact from them, I tried phone them, but customer service only available via email. Was given delivery date of 18 Nov (12 weeks). Closed to delivery date I contacted them to confirm, to be told it was delayed to 12 Dec and assured it would be delivery then. On 10 Dec I contacted them and got confirmation of delivery on 12 Dec. It never turned up. Since then no reply to emails. At no point have they contacted me first with any problems. Do not trust this company.

If it were possible to leave a minus star rating I would. Ordered a small item, waited 10 days to chase delivery and was promised by Ben it would be with me the next day. Surprise surprise it did not arrive. Finally after many attempts got through to a Director called Callum. Now promised for delivery in a few days and I am supposed to consider myself lucky to get it then As much use as his staff.... none. Would not allow him to direct traffic. Useless company avoid At all costs. Dreadful.

Order of a 2mm rectangle piece of clear Perspex. Got a stern letter saying I had to pay within 7 days to avoid debt being passed onto collection services. Even though I ordered in May received in September and tried to communicate several times expressing my wish to cancel my order due to non delivery. It was a simple order which shouldn't have taken 4 months to arrive.

6 weeks for delivery, a week to reply to an emails, phone number never picks up. Constant delivery dates missed. Awful company and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Charge back raised so at least they will have some additional costs and banking reputational damage.

Placed an order in April 2020. Chased by Phone in June and told the goods being despatched following week.

Nothing heard. Chased several times by email. Response was they didn't have material in stock.

Have no requested refund nothing hard

Avoid this company

When order was placed, told 2- 7 days delivery. At day 14 and numerous failed attempts to contact via phone and email had a response to say another week to 10 days. Over a month has now gone by and they still haven't delivered or been in contact to explain why. Still don't answer the phone or emails, so having to file a dispute with paypal.

Update - 6 weeks after order got refund via paypal. Livsupplies/nd plastics didn't even bother to respond to dispute, allowing it to time out to get refund.

This site won't allow "NO STARS" or I would.
Please be warned this company is better avoided at all costs, I have an active case against them which has elicited a complete lack of response. Delivery, incorrect, and damaged goods yet still they don't or won't communicate or respond professionally. Their Facebook site has disappeared off the internet and Trustpilot reflects what others including me have experienced. I have been informed by others, that they (allegedly) regularly change their trading name, cause people financial nightmares, and have been described as being allegedly ...... crooks.
At the moment I have damaged, incorrect materials and an open case with PayPal yet they still fail to even communicate with me or PayPal let alone sort this mess out.
