This site won't allow "NO STARS" or I would.
Please be warned this company is better avoided at all costs, I have an active case against them which has elicited a complete lack of response. Delivery, incorrect, and damaged goods yet still they don't or won't communicate or respond professionally. Their Facebook site has disappeared off the internet and Trustpilot reflects what others including me have experienced. I have been informed by others, that they (allegedly) regularly change their trading name, cause people financial nightmares, and have been described as being allegedly ...... crooks.
At the moment I have damaged, incorrect materials and an open case with PayPal yet they still fail to even communicate with me or PayPal let alone sort this mess out.

STAY CLEAR, DO NOT BUY FROM.. Told delivery date and items didn't arrive.. (1st day of lost earnings) . Told another date( 2nd day of lost earnings).. These people who are supposed to be sales people told me to "shut up and stop moaning" absolutely disgusting behaviour..do not believe them they are blatant liar's

Great patter when placing an order. Don't expect anything from them after that - no one to speak to, no updates, no response to emails, and of course - no goods (that I ordered weeks ago).

The only telephone line that is picked up is sales - and as soon as you ask about a previous order - unbelievably rude and not interested- "I'm in sales and cant do anything", etc etc.

I cannot believe that a company can be as bad as this in this day and age. If I could give zero stars i would,

I ordered something from this company ages ago, but apart from one initial email once they had received my order and took my money. Since then I have not had any correspondence from them even though I have tried ringing them and sending at least 3 emails . I will not recommend this company or use them again.

Wow just had my only communication on messenger with them about my wrongly cut damaged polycarbonate sheets. What a rude person that was did not think it was a problem for me to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement when I offered a partial refund and I would cut it myself and hide the damage with a bigger recess frame. I’m not prepared to wait a total of 4 weeks when I’ve lost all confidence in their ability to cut to my measurements and deliver safely.

Wish I could leave 0 stars!!! Terrible terrible terrible !! Do not buy!!!! 8 weeks after my order I have still not received. They have finally dispatched it only to put the address wrong so I can not collect it ?! Terrible customer service no help whatsoever. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

Great company ordered loads from these guys widows and doors for lots of houses fascias soffits guttering always deliver when they same and great products at even greater prices

only company icould find for acrylic everyone else out of stock for the next 3 months got it in 2 weeks

I’ve sent 6 e mails and my accountant has phoned numerous times for 2 invoices which they keep making Covid 19 as an excuse!! Am now going to report them to the inland revenue as they are breaching their consumer rights.
They are so insincere/ hopeless !

Awful company. I placed the order 1 month ago and I still haven't received the complete order. Time and money wasters.

Shocking service, I wish I could give zero stars. 4 weeks now since I placed my order. No delivery and no explanation why. They don't respond to emails, calling the office was an absolute waste of time, they were less than useless. Definitely won't be using them again, I'd rather pay the extra and go somewhere that values it's customers.

Time wasters! They don't deliver what you order, or even bother to respond to emails.

Currently claiming back my payment through paypal and they haven't even bothered to respond to the paypal case, absolute shitshow of a company.

Good price for just the UPVC glass panel we were looking for but doesn't show you what style of obscure pattern it will be, all confirmed, money taken.
Then we had to call to ensure it would be toughened glass and was told they had emailed to say they couldn't deliver to us, despite paying £36 for postage! I never received an email and asked for a refund. Went with another company who were much more helpful.
Don't be sucked in by the saving as they will just mess you around and lie.

The customer service is great! The clear acrylic sheeting I ordered got lot lost in the mail. In response, ND Plastics sent me extra sheeting free of charge. I will definitely order again.

Buying through this company has been the worst customer service i have ever experienced, DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY. Words cannot describe the frustrations i have encountered but will try and explain.
After ordering glass panels (which equates to a large sum) over 2 weeks ago, I was given a confirmation email noting 2-7 working days to delivery. Luckily i called up before placing the order and was told 10-14 days, and was also told after a week ordering i would get a phone call to set a delivery date.
14 days after my order I was yet to receive any correspondence so chased via email. I got a response noting that instead of receiving my order this week as expected (given the 10-14 day window), it would be delivered "monday/tuesday" next week. Regardless of this being beyond their stated maximum delivery window. I therefore had fitters booked in for the weekend.
After chasing for a response as to why, they stated simply "this is when we are in your area". Why state a delivery window if you delivery when suits yourself. They don't seem to care you are the customer in the situation.
I called up countless times to get a resolution or at least an explanation and was told the Glass department manager would get back to my emails and calls. This has not happened. Every time they will say they will call back they never do!!!
After realizing i was getting nowhere, and wouldn't be receiving my delivery the week that i should, i asked what day the delivery would be, as "monday/tuesday" is just not good enough as i need to be in to receive it.
The response to this was even better, "well our driver leaves on a Monday morning and gets back on Weds morning"... OK well book mine in for one of those days. They then tried to explain traffic could affect the delivery day... seriously.
I am still waiting back to hear what day it will be, and they have said they will call me to tell me today (its Friday today). I guarantee i will end up ringing them again today as they will not call back.

Please, don't be sucked in by good pricing, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not care you are the customer, do not respond to complaints and never call back. They also seem to have no concept of delivery date windows stated, and as such make planning an installation almost impossible. Lets hope they actually cut the panels to size and they don't get delivered the wrong size (I won't hold my breath on this one).

Note, I gave them every opportunity to avoid me posting this terrible review, but they chose to completely ignore my complaint emails, so clearly don't care about what customers think of them.

Orderd some acrylic sheets & gutters.. Great price, Great Service.

Not a great service. Ordered polycarbonate sheeting from them but they missed the delivery date and couldn't actually tell me accurately when they would come. Eventually did arrive - but only after I kept phoning. The sheeting came from a third party supplier in Somerset poorly packaged with some slight scuff marks.

Cheap prices , good service, all goods delivered on time would highly recommend 👍
