We opted for the 2nd tier survey. I felt the survey was very basic with a couple of bits of advice on probably what all properties needs. I.e sealants are worn. The only reason they have a lot of 5* reviews is because they offer £15 Amazon voucher if you do it. Quite manipulative practice.

I chose this company to complete my homebuyers survey simply because they offered drone inspection which is much better than a ladder for roof insulation. The report was very detailed with clear reference pictures. I was asked prior to inspection of any concerns I may have, all of which were addressed in the report. I was offered a follow up telephone appointment with the surveyor who had carried out the inspection. The surveyor who carried out my inspection was named Alex, on the phone appointment, he went through the report, answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company, they are professional and adhere to all deadlines.

Detailed report provided, within a matter of days which we were pleased with. Helpful also to have a follow up call as we could discuss the survey in more depth. We booked L&K for a level 2 home buyers survey on a 1976 property in a village location, based on the reviews on Trustpilot. We have been very happy with the service provided from start to finish. Booking was very quick and easy, they were even happy to arrange access via our estate agent, leaving me with very little to do. The report came back within 48 hours and was extensive, it covered areas I hadn't even considered, using drone footage too. It had an easy red, amber and green system. They even followed up with a call to answer any outstanding questions I had. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend.

We asked London and Kent Surveyors for a Level 2 Survey with valuation. We received a quote in 24hrs, survey booked in less than a week, very detailed survey report in a .pdf file with pictures followed by a phone call to discuss the findings and provide advise.
Definitely would recommend or use again in future.

From start to finish I couldn’t fault L&K surveyors! From quotation stage their professional quote via email and WhatsApp with a nice Sharpe short sweet paragraph explaining who they are and what they do, Also containing a video stating the same as the paragraph. The free soft search report was a good touch too and no hounding for our business once the quote was given which really was a positive factor going with L&K. The time-scale from going with L&K and receiving our survey report was excellent only a matter of weeks from start to finish. We Delt with Samuel and I couldn’t fault him one bit he was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and gave me solid sound explanations and explained things that were a little more complicated for the average Joe. Samuel and L&K is a 5* surveyor and surveyor company and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The whole process of having a level 2 Homebuyers survey done with L&K has been so effortless. We received a quote quickly, the video explaining how the process would work was invaluable, and I really appreciated that a portion of the proceeds would be donated to charity. The survey was carried out within 2 weeks of booking and covered everything we would have expected, and the report came back quicker than promised. Would absolutely use these guys again and wholeheartedly recommend.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a new home. I requested a few quotes for local surveyors to the property we are purchasing and London & Kent Surveyors were one of the first to get back with a reasonable quote for what we were asking. Everything is done via their portal, which is easy to use and saves emailing back and forth over and over again. They arranged a date to conduct the survey via our estate agent and the vendors of the property and the survey report was back within 3 days of it being conducted which was excellent. The report was really detailed, included lots of images and information regarding the property. We were then also able to have a 30 minute follow up call with the survey to talk through any questions or concerns that we had about the survey, so that we could go back to our solicitor to ask any follow up questions to the vendors of the property. All in all, a really speedy and efficient service.
