Excellent from start to finish. The process of booking a survey was easy and I received a very thorough and useful report. Kieran was very helpful during our post-survey call, and he was able to answer any questions that I had regarding the report. I would highly recommend.

Online portal helpful to track progress. Report was really detailed with lots of photos. The option of a follow up call was also appreciated though we didn’t need to take them up on the offer as the report was detailed enough!

I recently used London and Kent Surveyors for a Level 2 survey on a property I’m purchasing, and overall I had a very positive experience. The report itself was clear, concise, and well-structured, while still providing a good level of detail. It was easy to understand, even for someone without a technical background, and it gave me confidence in the condition of the property as well as awareness of potential issues.

What stood out most was the follow-up phone call. This was extremely helpful in clarifying areas I wasn’t fully sure about, and it gave me the opportunity to ask questions directly. The surveyor provided practical guidance on which issues required immediate attention versus those that could be monitored over time, which was invaluable when planning next steps and budgeting.

If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a brief same-day call highlighting the key findings straight after the survey is completed. This would help buyers quickly understand any urgent concerns before receiving the full report.

Overall, I would definitely recommend London and Kent Surveyors for their professionalism, clarity, and supportive communication throughout the process.

Booking and payment for the survey was quick and straightforward. The survey was carried out on time and we received the full report within a week. The report itself was very detailed and clearly colour‑coded to highlight the severity of each issue. Had a follow up call with Alex which also was very helpful.

It was very quick and easy to book in and pay for the survey. The survey was booked in same week, and we had a copy of the report within another week (this with the Easter bank holiday inbetween). The report was very detailed and colour coded according to seriousness of matter. The follow up phone call was very helpful - Alex helped us understand in more depth the parts of the report that we wished to focus on.

They have a simple to use booking system and sent some free extra information prior to my survey. Once I got the report back I was impressed by how detailed it was, they included photo evidence of everything they raised or looked at. I was offered a follow up phone call to go through the survey, but as it was so detailed, I opted not to have this. Overall I am happy with the experience.
