Very poor service ... Bad "In Stock" status ...
Ordered item ... One week goes by ... No status update ... E-mail request for status ... No response ... Call during business hours (several times troughout the day) ... No response ... Call and leave a message (Couldn't reach a live person, even in sales - poor phone system or no one to answer the phones) ... 8:30 PM - Receive E-mail notifying me that the order is now canceled due to excessive back-order ... The item in question was listed as "In Stock" when I purchased ... and as of now, still states ... "In Stock" ...
A lot of hassle that could've been avoided if told the truth about stock status. I will now consider this company as non-stocking mail-order and will never purchase with them again. I would have appreciated it if they had notiified me within a few days of the stock status.
