Same experience as many others. Terrible quality, didn't hit time commitments, answer phones "live" 25% of the time, lie about status of refund, never return messages or emails. Avoid like the plague. Bank refunded and I will be contacting BBB as well. Hopefully this will help others. I knew there would be a problem when they said it would take up to 20 business days for my refund. And I checked "let logodesignguarantee know about your review"...it's the same email address that I used with no responses from them. Maybe they'll read this one. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Exact same experience as other posters. I am going to kick the 'friend' who suggested this company! They do absolutely awful designs and the redraws are a joke. And if you ask for refund, they just ignore you. Everything that is on the company website is fraud. I will be filing a complaint with the authorities and so should all you other reviewers.

I ordered a logo off this "conpany" and gave them specific instructions on what it was to look like, colours everything. What i got back, over 3 days later was absolutely awful. I would have done better if I had given my dog a paintbrush!
I emailed them and after being ignored for 2 weeks...they finally emailed back and said they would do a redraw...something which should, if you believe their website, have been done within 12 hrs! The redraw was just the same 6 logos they sent previously but jazzed up a bit...nothing like my description.
I emailed them and told them i was not happy and wanted a refund..I explained that I had already had my logo completed elsewhere in the 2 weeks it took them to contact me. I have heard NOTHING.
I have emailed over 50 times, requesting then demanding and finally threatening legal action for my refund...but they just ignore the emails.
This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT USE!! EVER!!!

Am horrified to be reading these reviews now because tomorrow morning I have to contact my credit card company to refund payment.

I payed for the more expensive package as it included letter heads, business cards etc

I got my first drawings within the 6 hours however questions I asked werent answered and specific items I said I didnt like kept coming back up in subsequent revisions. These revisions were not in the websites time frame.

NO customer service, no reply to emails, the only help I had was an online "customer care" putting in a note for "high quality logos"

It ended up that at about 30 designs it was the same logos over and over again despite paying for unlimited revisions.

I asked for a refund several times as the "customer care" isnt always online. When I eventually got to them I was told that a refund would be issued within 21 days...... its now past that !

Thankfully I didnt ring the money scamming hotline.....
Ticking the box to send a copy to the website..... will make no difference.

Ignore the 6 hour guarentee it doesnt happen , the set of logos i finally got were cheap looking, our company name spelt wrong , the designs didnt relate to my business and something you could make yourself. Numerous live chats produced no help at all, cut off four times. Rang and asked for a refund 4 weeks after the initial design as despite contacting them every 24 hours for an updated design i never got one. They even asked me to sketch a design i wanted...... this defeats the object of me paying to have it done.
4 weeks after asking for a refund it still hadnt arrived, so been asking daily for an update on either a refund or redesign , again customer services rude they say hello , take my email address then never answer again.
Just avoid at all costs , now you know why they are so cheap! Ive contacted the ombudsman ans trading standards too.

Requested a refund as the logos I was sent my 4 year old could have done better.
I have requested a refund but don't hold out much hope after reading other comments.
The 24/7 support doesn't exist. They lie. They ignore emails. The 'live' chat is pointless. They just don't respond.
Please avoid at all costs. So disappointed & feel so angry with myself for being conned.

I called the bank to cancel my transaction after reading these reviews and not receiving a logo email within 6 hours. The email took 8 hours to arrive to me but I did chose to have 12 drawn up. If you have no idea of what logo you want these guys are your people. More advanced logos cost a lot more £500+ so if you want that then expect to pay that money. I paid £88 for 12 of mine and this is the 3rd time they are revising my logo for me!! Full job almost done within 3 days and I couldn't be happier with it now.

I had to check my junk email as the email from them went straight into this. I did have difficulty getting hold of anyone at the company on 24/7 support but all got solved once I got my logo come through. I have to be honest I have not tried to call them again and it looks like I wont need to either!

I had gone to this company to design a logo, all I got was computer generated logos. We went with this company on the Satisfaction Guarantee offer they advertised. Do not waste your time. Calls were never returned, emails and texts never responded. I paid with my Credit Card so I disputed with my credit card company and got my money back. Try Deluxe.com, subscribe to their mailing list first and receive a coupon for your first purchase. Good luck!

No matter how many times you request a refund due to only ever receiving horrible, generic logos that a 6 year old could do better they never actually refund you!
Absolute shambles of a company who are out to do nothing but scam you! They need to be closed down!

google should not have them in ad words purchased a logo , no invoice phone said i would have a logo within next 2 days rang 20 times and they cut the line off as soon as i give them the account details . no invoice they say its sent but wont reply with it to my email as they dont want anythin tieing them to the scam they do ! avoid !!!!

Take your money and give you back generic logos that are produced by a cheap computer program.

They have absolutely no intention of ever honouring their promises despite their documentation and logo stating "the best money back guarantee". AVOID!!!!!

Having looked at some of the positive reviews, I am almost definite that these will have been written by members of the Company/Scam setup.

I paid my money and got my designs within 6 hours as promised. The designs were generated by a computer and not designed by a person. They sent me a final design that I didn't ask for and refuse to refund or revise the the logo!
This company should be ashamed! They have taken my money and given me something that is useless!
I called the customer service line that refused a revision of my 'final design' as it had already been issued! But I didn't give the go ahead for anything final!

I must admit reading all of the negative reviews it did make me extremely sceptical, but I thought for £25 I haven't got much to lose. When my designs came back within 6 hours I was so impressed, I literally couldn't pick out of the 6. I made a revision and it came back straight away. For £25 the value is just unbelievable not to mention to the service. I think you have to take reviews lightly and to be honest, for the cost I am surprised people complain at all! I would most definitely recommend this company.

I just discovered all the bad reviews as I post this. I have to say that my experience with this company was excellent. I had a complicated logo for them (all personalized with a lot of detail) and they delivered beyond my expectations and within the promised timeframe. I worked with this company in August 2016.

I can not get over how unprofessional and unethical this company is. They have never once listen to my request for a logo and you can tell all they do is type in your company name into a computer and have it generate very generic and very low-quality logos. Every time I asked for a revision The computer automatically spit out a bunch of new terrible designs that in no way represented even a single request from me. Eventually I became so frustrated with the fact that I wasn't dealing with humans at any point I requested a refund. At that point someone actually read my email and added One small detail that I had requested while still continuing to be completely generic and cheap looking so I continued to request my money back they agreed and said to wait 21 days which I thought was odd knowing that processing a refund takes about one minute. But OK I waited and waited and waited over two months while emailing and calling and leaving a messages and trying to contact them by any means possible to get my $69 back, which I still don't have back . Everything will time I either get to talk to someone they hang up on me or they say this will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours and that it's being worked on. I have never in my life been treated like this by a company I know that they are waiting for me to get so frustrated that I give up and I've let them know this but we continue to play this game even when I told him I will not stop trying to get my refund not because of the money because I've clearly lost more time on this then $69 worth but it's a principal thing I do not think it's OK for them to get away with it. While I continue fighting this ridiculous battle I hope you'll learn from my mistake and avoid this company altogether. They really should be ashamed of themselves!!!

When you go on the Logodesignquarantee website there are so many promises, of contact with the designers to talk through your ideas, 24/7 customer support, 6 hour logo turnaround, you name it, they promise it.
BUT BEWARE! None of it is true. Calling often results in hours waiting for a response, emails and messages are not responded to and when you do manage to get hold of someone the response is rude and annoyance that you have contacted them. There is absolutely no effort to try and resolve your issues as they feel they are doing you a favour in supplying you a very basic service due to the price you are paying.
Will never user this site again.

I had gone to this company to design a logo, they take a very long time to produce any logos and they did not produce what we asked for we took this company on their offer in good faith that they advertised if we were not happy there would be 100% guarantee

the guarantee of the company website states.

this says 100% risk free, this is false advertisement I have put more than one request that this company give me a refund so far they have not done so,

30-day right to reject says

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly this is normally within 14 days.

My advice is Avoid this company like the plague they are not applying themselves to the letter of the law they should have accepted the request for a refund from the 4th august 2016.

They don't stand by their promises. I wanted the color changed on my logo. Their website says they will do this for free, however, they don't. They could care less if you are a satisfied customer.

DESIGN: SUCKS!! TOTALLY CRAP!! THE DESIGN IS JUST LIKE WHAT CHILDREN CAN DO, YOU CAN DEFINITELY SEE CREATE WITH NO HEART, GARBAGE!!

Do not give them your money. They do not give you your final logo.
They do it really quick in the first place to get your money then nothing .
We phone they promise, then nothing we phone again then they put the phone down, then they don't answer as they know it's you. Please please do not waste your time and money.
This company needs to be reported and looked into.
I only gave one star so I could write this review. None would be better
