Dreadful experience; what should've been a simple logo design turned into weeks-long arguing for a refund and reaching out to customer services. The only way I got through to them was via their online chat, but nothing ever happened. I'm still waiting for my refund and logging in on almost a daily basis to ask for it.

I sent samples to this company for a new Logo and all I got back was the same images with different fonts and in different positions plus a couple of stock images which they do not own or have IP rights to. The sample images that I provided are owned by other creators and absolutely cannot be used as a logo/trademark. Total waste of time and the refund process is unbelievable. Terrible service, terrible experience and I only wish I had seen the reviews first so that I could have been warned! Don't use this company - you will regret it and spend a great deal of time and effort trying to get your money back.

Everyone please don't waste your money on these people. Who take your money and send over designs which might actually be ok 'might' BUT then when you want changes you wont get them clues in the name - guarantee! so when you get annoyed because they are slowing your plans down and then just give up and want your money back hence the name! they wont reply. American phone line and they don't answer load of s***e

Zero stars, actually. Terrible designs, terrible graphics. Each 'revision' just got worse instead of better. They pretty much want you to design the logo yourself and then they supply an appalling and really unprofessional logo. Asked for my money back 5 times so far. Each time they ask me to let them have another go and each time I receive something a child could do better. The only guarantee you can be certain of is that they don't want to refund you. I wish I'd checked TrustPilot before using this scam company. How is it even allowed to have a presence in the UK and rip people off like this?

I have paid for an extra logo to be created and its been now 2 weeks since I paid for the logo and havent received.
They keep sending me automated emails and the old logo that I paid before.
I tried to call many times nobody never answers the call, they dont read the emails either, they keep ignoring my messages.

I tend to be very careful with the services I tend to choose. I wasn't aware of the past reviews till now. People will have different experiences, mine however was very positive which makes me question the previous reviews. This company was very quick, followed the brief to every detail and even gave me more than 6 logo samples. This process was so fast I could not believe it.

As I'am a start up company they made me an amazing logo, the designs are perfect I had a difficult time trying to choose. You can even send ideas if you have pictures or anything as a guideline to help the designers gain more of an idea of what you're looking for. They can also make a logo from scratch from the brief you give. When I finally came to a final logo design they sent me the final logo design in EVERY format! so for website, print etc and in psd format which allows you to open it in photoshop to change the colours or add to it. The price is the best out there some companies charge way more. As I said everyone will have difference experiences, I suggest if you're going to choose this company be very clear as to what it is you are after in a design. I would recommend this company not only on price but how quick the turnover was from start to finish. Many thanks for the amazing logo and I will be in touch soon!

Having to give this company a 1 star rating is too much! I sent them a design idea I wanted with really clear instructions. I received 12 different design options and not one of them was remotely like what I wanted, NOT ONE!
They said they'll give me a refund but now when I chase them for it they wont reply to my emails, phonecalls or their online chat.
Ended up using a completely different company who followed my instructions and sent me the perfect logo in one try! Didn't even have to make any changes to it as it was perfect!
Awful company, never ever use them!!!

Was very unhappy with the results, and quite frankly, my 7 year old daughter designed better logos. I requested my money back, and never received it. This is the response that I got...I will copy it...

That refund never came, nor return calls...The company just uses standard clip art from the web...BEWARE!

This is my first ever review on Trustpilot because after seeing all the bad reviews for this company, I wanted to share my experience.

I submitted my online order Sunday evening and to my surprise at 7am Monday morning, I received log in details to my control panel with 3 different logos. The designs were exactly what I was hoping for. I submitted the logo I wanted and requested some tweaking. I actually ordered 3 logos in the end. They phoned me from an American number to take payment for the extra two at £24 each.

When I received my final logos, each one came in 8 different formats, png, jpeg etc . So I was happy with the design and I didn't get ripped off.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here. My design requests were quite simple so if any is looking for complex design and then request a refund cos they are not happy, I can not comment cos that was not my experience.

The only downside things I experience are; they seem to be working on middle eastern time because they reply between 5am and 2pm so I did get frustrated when I had to wait all afternoon and night until the next day to see my revisions. Also I never received a copywrite certificate which they promise on their website but that doesn't bother me anyway.

Also I did notice they have a sign under new management, which might explain the difference between the bad reviews and the good ones. Anyway I hope this sounds like a fair review. I just felt under all the negative critism , I wanted to share my good experience .

I wanted a logo design and what I got resembled the free designs that I could have come up with myself. The unlimited revisions where a waste of time, they would just change a colour or something, they got nowhere near to producing a good logo. After about 4 revisions and lots of time wasted, I asked for a refund. A couple of emails/phone calls have been ignored and I still await my refund!

You pay and they provide logo designs within a week or so. The problem is the designs are absolute garbage. It looks like a toddler with crayon created it. I asked for a refund immediately and they gave me this scripted "we'll forward it to our finance department" statement. Its been over a month and still the same problem. They say the same thing everyday I contact them to ask for a refund. I had to contact my bank to ask for a chargeback.

DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR DESIGNS. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

THEY WONT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY.

As a consumer I have never felt the need to leave a bad review about a company but this company truly are poor. I spent £80 all together trying to update my existing logo and business card - they somehow made it worse, the designs they sent me were as though my child had created them in powerpoint. After about 1 month back and fourth I asked for my money back 3 times, they would not give it back, so the money back guarantee if you are not satisfied is a load of rubbish. I had to advise them of every little change so really I paid them £80 for me to redesign my own logo. Rubbish company, poor response times, website invites you in with many empty promises. Stay Clear.

After placing my order and then reading the reviews, in my mind I just wrote off the money and didn't expect to receive anything. But after chasing them 1 day after the due day, they arrived 2 days later ! No they are not great, and if I was any good with online tools/apps and had half a brain for design, I could have done it myself, but I don't. I chose a logo, which mostly fitted the brief (don't want to risk having it revised and never getting it back as it will be fine for what I need it for)

I realise now I got what I paid for, i.e mediocre but better than I could do, but won't use them again. I just feel lucky that I actually received something !

1. THIS COMPANY IS USA BASED COMPANY. MY BANK CHARGED ME USA DOLLAR TRANSACTION CHARGE. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT.
I LOST £69 plus £5 for US Dollar transaction charge. I was not impressed with their designs so ask for refund but no refund so far within three month after I ask for it.
2. THIS COMPANY IS NOT UK REGISTER COMPANY SO YOU CAN'T COMPLAINT TO THE TRADING AGENCY. BY LAW ANY COMPANY DOING TRADING IN UK MUST HAVE UK REGISTER ADDRESS BUT THIS COMPANY IS JUST ONLINE BUSINESS.

3. LOGO DESIGNS ARE VERY POOR. YOU CAN CREATE THESE DESIGNS ON FREE LOGO DESIGN WEBSITES. I THINK THEY USE FREE WEBSITES TOO. NO DOUBT.

3. MONEY BACK GURANTEE IF A FAKE PROMISE. YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THAT IS A GURANTEE!!!

4. YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO THE DESIGNER. ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL DEAL WITH YOUR REQUEST. SO NO DIRECT CONTACT.

5. THINK BEFORE YOU PAY ONLINE. DO RESEARCH FOR THE COMPANY WHICH IS SCAM ANYWAY.

IF YOU DONT TRUST. YOU WILL LEARN HARD WAY.

I made the big mistake of trying out this company for creating my logo. I purchased "6 custom made logos by 3 designers." I sent very detailed ideas for what I'd like in a logo including colors, sample images for inspiration, and font suggestions. What I got back was like a big joke! It looked like someone had simply gone to one of the free logo design websites, plugged in the name of my business, and then sent me the randomly generated junk you get on those.

Only one of the 6 designs took into account anything I'd asked for. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I requested revisions on that one. From there it just got worse. They sent me back the most unprofessional stuff - things weren't centered, they didn't take into account the suggestions, and it just looked silly. These were not hand drawn designs as claimed and they were not made by anyone with any kind of design background.

I requested a refund and received another automated email about how they were going to put their "top designers" on my project and send me new designs. (The new designs were even worse.) I responded that I didn't want to continue - I wanted a refund. I got the same form email back again.

Next I tried to call and spoke with some woman who knew nothing about the company. She clearly had a script and just kept telling me I'd get a follow up email in 4 - 7 business days.

I guess with all the "money back guarantee" stuff I thought it would be fine to try this place. But clearly I'm not getting my money back. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard a single thing even after emailing and calling.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a TOTAL SCAM. I think I was more upset about the time I wasted than the 70 bucks.

The fact that the advertising standards agency have condoned this company says it all.

Gave them a full brief along with a logo I designed, brief said the character would need redrawn. But that was for an idea. Within 24 hours I had received my designs..... Basically my design with text added (I could have done that myself.

Submitted my revisions.... 3 weeks later I heard nothing. Started digging deeper and found all these poor reviews and legal info about them.

So, I asked for my no quibbles refund.

Not happening. Keep asking for more time to do further revisions.

Bank can't do a charge back since they're attempting to resolve the issue.

P.s I've had further revisions, but they too have been awful.

Company is usa based. So nothing asa/trading standards do can really be enforced.

Personally, I'm writing the money off and putting it down to experience.

I just hope this can serve as a warning to others.

I had used Logo Design Guarantee for a simple logo about 2 years ago, and the process was straight forward enough for the money, however when I came to use them again in October I have been outraged by the lack of customer service this company provides.
I gave them my design idea in full detail, then waited, received designs that were nothing like my brief, received new logos which again were nothing like my brief, would confirm one point and it would throw another point out of the window. Its like having a one way conversation with a brick wall. I accept for the price you pay that the company wont be in the UK, however I think you would accept that terms like 'pastel colours' would be in the vocabulary.
When I had sent back about 6 revisions I started to become ignored, and only when i started instant chatting and threatening a refund did my revisions start coming back again.
After 2 months of revisions taking me no-where, the same emails being sent from the same generic person, I decided enough was enough and to get my money back. I was told that was fine, then I heard nothing. I have sent emails which have no replies, made phone calls where I am disconnected and had live chats with staff who refuse to answer my questions.
I stupidly purchased on a debit card, and have no way to claim this money back, fingers crossed that people looking to use this service look at these reviews, or help to change that company into one that is customer focused.

Never did issue a refund for work not even completed and after multiple attempts to "guarantee" their money back. Now I'm forced to do a chargeback through my credit card company.
