I paid extra to get logo done, before taking payment I told them I need it next day.
They said repeatedly, yes we will get it done.
I had to chase them for one week until I got it.
They are not interested in customers.
IF ANYTHING THEY TRIED TO UPSELL TO GET ME TO COMMIT TO A WEBSITE BUT I REFUSED.
Their service is much to be desired of.
They could do some small changes, and can improve their services considerably.

I could spent an hour telling you everything that I have dealt with with them but I wont waste an hour of your time. Bottom line is that you never get what you want or paid for, there is pretty much 0 customer service, and once you call from a specific number to kick up a fuss they screen your calls thereafter. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. Pay a little bit extra and go with another company. You will eventually have to anyway because you will not be happy and you wont get your money back despite what they tell you. They should be ashamed of themselves but I doubt they are.

I requested a very specific logo, I maded it but needed to have a more professional looking logo for my business cards. I suplied them with image and specific instructions, as well as extra mony so I could have them faster.
Well not only did they not respect the delay but also I received 6 logo, "made by a 6yrs old" that were nowhere near what I gave them.
I then asked for my money, 3 months ago.... and I'm still waiting!
I now have put a formal complaint to BBB, sugested CNN to investigate and will see how else I can protect people from those crooks!
I just don't know how people can live with themselves when they know they are stealing money!?

I paid for logo service and like many people say, it is amateurish at best. After multiple revisions and explaining myself to death, I requested a refund since they claim to have the best guarantee in the business.

To make a LONG story short, it has been like pulling teeth to get a refund!! First the girl told me I couldn't get one despite not receiving any files (only revisions) then I keep getting emails from customer service ignoring my request by them offering me to keep trying the revisions!! I have not received any files and therefore I should be due a refund because I am completely unsatisfied! I now am forced to go through my bank to get my money back, I wouldn't give this company $1.00 for their generic logos I could do myself!

This is clearly a company who doesn't keep their word!

Stay away if you want to avoid a headache!

They never took into account what I wanted and never put things right. Complete scam, their designs could be done by a child.

Paid £25 for 6 logos. They sent back rubbish logos a child could do from a home computer.

I have been investigating this company and have come to the conclusion that they are a front for a criminal organization if you have had any thing to do with this company and have been ripped off please go to the police with your findings as I am doing

I have done some more research, the 0800 number is provided by Verizon ltd of Reading and I have tracked every thing back to a city in China called Wuhan in Hubei

Also nochex is supporting this scam and I have made them aware of it but I think everyone who has been effected needs to make a formal complaint as they are using stalling tactics and the data protection act to protect theses people I can only assume they are making a percentage from them and don't want lose the income

I first used logodesignguarantee.co.uk in April 2013 for my partners window cleaning company and was pleased with the simple yet personal design I received, so when my mother in-law asked me about a logo for her business I was happy to recommend them and placed the order with all details of what she wanted and attached pictures.
I placed the order 26th November 2013 but after a week I had not had any contact from them at all so sent them an email, I did not receive any designs until 4 weeks later (even though promised a response in 24-48 hrs) which was via email and not in my personal account, the designs were OK but no where close to what I had requested and I did not see that as a major issue because of their "unlimited revisions request".
I sent another email detailing all revisions and over a week later I got just 1 logo sample which was laughable, again none of the designs were in my account to view only via email so once again I replied with my requests!!!.
I was sent exactly the same logo sample again and that was the start of over 70 emails being exchanged with either the same design or the same responses :
"The support that you need shall be extended to you shortly"
"We have received the revisions that you want, and our designers are starting their work on your project"
"We apologize for the delay of the design samples. Our Senior Design expert is still working on the project so as to satisfy your concept of the logo"
"Please provide more details and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours".
I have even received my partners window cleaning logo as one of my samples!!!.
I have tried to get a refund but that has been ignored even though they boast of a 100 % satisfaction guarantee.

***IF YOU ARE CAUTIOUS ENOUGH TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST THEN I WOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE***

If you paid with your debit or credit card as a guest through PAYPAL then the simplest solution is to contact your bank who might be able to refund you by issuing a card payment reversal under the Consumer Credit Act, the transaction on your statement shows as "NOCHEX" just keep any emails to them asking for a refund as proof.
If you paid via PAYPAL you have 45 days from purchase to file a dispute but don't delay for "weeks". If, after a short time chasing, the reply is unsatisfactory or absent, make a claim.

Like another poster, I received a batch of logos that I could have done myself, and I am not an artist. After repeated attempts to get one that even partially matched the concise brief (I even attached jpegs and PDFs of what I wanted), I was no closer. I gave them several "last chances" as requested by them, but still the logos were absolute rubbish.

I demanded my money back in terms of the guarantee, but despite repeated assurances that:
"We humbly apologize for not being able to satisfy you this time around. Your refund request has been forwarded to our Financial Department's Manager himself. We will update you accordingly, via email, as to when you will receive your refund." I am still waiting.

I would assume from the way English is used in their emails that it is not the mother tongue of the writers.

Forget the guarantee - it means absolutely nothing! £68 down the drain!

I was tempted by the £25 offer of a logo design service, after several attempts of appalling logo's which a 10 year old could have designed on a child's etch a sketch i requested my money back, i was on several more occasions asked to give them 1 more chance to resolve the problem (redesign) which i refused and again asked for a refund, 6 months late no refund. i have now contacted trading standards

do not use there services, you will be ripped off

I was pleasantly surprised at the logos created by these guys. £25 and i got myself some really decent logos.

They do keep trying to upsell you their other packages likr webdesign etc...
