The dress is beautiful, my only complaint is that it’s tight and that’s my fault and I didn’t know there was sheer at the top but I can definitely fix that. It’s beautiful though

Good quality dress, some areas need to be stitched down a bit more but it is an easy fix. Will defiantly buy more dresses from then in the future.

I was a bit skeptical to order my prom dress from here, and turns out i was right to be. It took them like 3 weeks to make my dress, though the shipping was quite fast, and when it came it didn't look like the picture. The fade-out of beading/sequins is way too harsh, and the dress itself was poorly made. The sequins/beads just keep falling off. Definitely not worth $250. Waste of my time and money. Thanks! I hate it.

I purchased my daughter's prom dress from lolipromdress.com. Not only am I disappointed and extremely unsatisfied, I am highly upset. The designs on the lace part of the dress was coming up off the dress in several spots on the top and bottom parts of the dress. The threading was coming off, there was a rip in the lace at the top of the dress near the neckline. I paid $169.97 for a dress that they had listed as a prom dress but when I received the dress it ended up being a bride's maid dress. It was the wrong color dress on top of that. There is no way you can mistake navy blue for black. They were supposed to send a black dress but I ended up getting that navy blue dress, nice huh... There were too many errors, so I took pictures of the dress and sent it to lolipromdress.com and requested a refund and return address to send the dress back. These people offered me $6.50 of my money back. I refused it and asked for a full refund and a return address once again. Yet, I still haven't received a refund, nor have I received a return address to send the dress back. I am now believing this site to be a scam to get customer's money. Who in there right mind would accept $6.50 out of $169.97 as a refund?? Yes, I am an upset off customer that will NEVER use or recommend this site for anyone to buy a dress from and be scammed. You will get a messed up dress and no refund.

Paid $169.99 and $29.99 shipping for a dress that was cheaply made. Looks nothing like the picture shown on the website. Looks like a cheap Halloween costume. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR MONEY

They single handily ruined my daughter's prom. I have been emailing back and forth with this company and they are not trying to help. We receive my daughters dress Not only was the stitching poor the dress look nothing like it did online. When asked where could I ship the dress back to and when could I expect a refund I was told I could get 10%. The dress cost was $162 we are out of our money please save yourself time and never order from them rip off

We were so scared to order from a place we’d never order from, however loliprom did not disappoint. We are so happy with the dress. All we need to do is have the dress hemmed to suite her height. I STRONGLY recommend that if you have an important event order with enough time for it to get to your home or go ahead and PAY the extra cost so you’ll have time to do any alterations, or returns, because reg. shipping takes about a month to deliver. Over all great place to order from.

I ordered my dress on April 4, 2018 and I chose express shipping to ensure I would have enough time get my dressed tailored if need be. The expected arrival date was April 23, 2018 but my dress arrived even earlier on April 18, 2018. I did custom sizing and when my dress arrived it fit perfectly! I didn’t have any payment issues or hassle which was great because I was skeptical to order online. I ordered a black dress and the material is nice and the lace on the dress is perfect and didn’t have that tan material under it (I am a POC) which was also super settling! Definitely worth the price and would order again if it wasn’t my senior prom. I have enough leeway time to add any extra-ness that I desire to my dress because my prom is May 4th!

They posted good pictures from a catalog. When we ordered and got the dress, it's totally different. The color was not the same, the style was not the same, the material was not the same. It looked like something you see in the flee market, cheap and ugly. When contacting them they did not respond until a week later. Back and forth communicating with them; they offered 5% refund, then 10% which we refused because we couldn't stand the quality of the dress and wanted to return. They finally said "you keep the dress".

Please do not order from this company. The dress are not professionally made. You will be very disappointed and angry because you will feel being cheated.

I feel for all purposes that this company is a SCAM ran in China!!!! I have been back and forth through emails for several days trying to get my return for my daughter's prom dress it was nothing has the picture showed poor-quality, wrong color, and had snags in the dress. if I was able to put up the emails on this site of what they do and say. They beg you to keep the dress, tell you that they pay for shipping when they don't !!!! then offer you $30 in the end after heavy negotiations. Or percentage off your next dress which I would never order from again. please do not be fooled by the pictures this is a scam. Will not give you a return address will not give you a phone number but they will keep going back and forth with you begging you to keep their trust cuz of their workers or different reasons of why they can't return the dress or your money not for size reasons just poor quality of the dress. BEWARE

The order took awhile to come in. I requested it to be delivered by a specific date, and thankfully it was only a day late. The quality is pretty good for a dress ordered online, though the fabric feels a bit on the cheap side. Overall, I’m pleased. I ordered a custom size, and it fits. That’s all I really wanted.

This dress isn’t even wearable, this is unacceptable and very heart breaking. My prom is in two days and I no longer have a dress because of how bad the condition of the dress is. It is nothing like what I ordered and I can’t believe someone would send something line this.

I was sooo nervous about my dress not coming in on time and I paid for fast shipping and it came the day before my prom! But my dress fit me perfectly (I hated the built in bras), and It looked exactly like the picture! Thank you for helping me look amazing for prom.
