Dress was amazing!!! It was a little too tight do I had to get it let out but amazing!! Only real problem was shipping , asked for express shipping and got it late due to a 3 day holiday in China but my shipping fee was refunded .

Dress came looks nothing like the picture tried to get in touch with them but customer support is rubbish ended up having to take it to a seamstress to alter the dress to make it even half way decent!! My advice don't touch these with a barge pole if you think your getting a good deal there is always a catch!!! seamstress laughed at dress and couldn't understand how it had been put together they are crap!!!

The dress came in 2 days before expected, the dress fits me perfect. I will definitely shop from Lilipromdress again!:)

The prom dress I ordered was the exact one we saw in the picture, I ordered my niece dress on March 22, 2018 and it was delivered April 10, 2018. They had to make the dress and deliver it. I received a text when my package was delivering and I received an email stating it was delivered. Great customer service.. Thanks a bunch!!! She loves it!!

I absolutely love this website! My daughter is short, 5'2", so any dress we buy anywhere else, especially long dresses, are WAY TOO LONG and need hemming. On lolipromdress you send in your measurements, so the dress fits like a glove! No need for alterations, it has been custom made per your measurements. I found a dress my daughter loved for her Senior Prom, on Nordstrom for $600.00. Well, first of all, I wouldn't spend that kind of money on a dress for a one time use, secondly I can't afford it. Plus it would have cost additional money to hem it! I took pictures of that dress and sent it in to lolipromdress and they made it for $200.00 and it looks the same and fits like a glove!

This online merchant is awesome. They are true to there word on time- i love that they tell you how early it will arrive based on when you order. My daughters dress was delivered early. It is identical to the pic of what we ordered and the quality is outstanding. I would buy another dress from here in a heartbeat. Fantastic experience!!

Excellent service. Only one little problem with the packaging. I believe that a dress at this price should have a suitable packaging that is paid great attention to. However, we got a package compressed like a ball. So the dress was fully creased.

I get exactly what I ordered, takes more time to get then some sites, but okay.

i ordered my dress last minute and it came just in time 4 days before my prom. the seller had great communication every step of the way with me.

Terrible. I have order a dress for prom for $297 AND paid for expedited shipping myself. I get home and find out my dress is a different color, threads were loose, it looked super unflattering and jewels were missing. I asked for a refund immediately and they only offered to send me 15% of my money which was around $40. They were being extremely unprofessional and kept repeating the same emails multiple times suggesting a tailor, and they even had the audacity to tell me to give the dress to a friend. I am livid because they are basically refusing to give me my money back and they claim they worked so hard on This crappy dress. I will never be ordering from this company again. I wish I had watched the YouTube videos first 🤦🏽‍♀️

I was so pleased with my experience with lolipromdress.com. I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom. It came in a timely manner and it was exactly as described. The size was true to fit as well. My daughter was so beautiful in her dress and I will be purchasing again.

Overall good experience. We have ordered 3 dresses. Sizing has always been good. Colors, a few time have been off a little, but we have just made the best of it. Dresses are of good quality and price is right. Will continue to shop, here.

I was very pleased with my daughter prom dress that I ordered. It actually came in earlier than you guys had said which was a plus.
