I have just received my order and am really pleased with it. Having read the reviews below after ordering, I was extremely worried that it would never arrive. Laura kept me updated and true to her word sent the order out. Thanks Laura

Having purchased 2 pictures costing £450 from this website and still not receiving them over a year later I feel I need to write this review as it is a complete scam. This company had constant contact with me and led me to believe that my pictures were coming and I had empathy for her and believed her allowing me to be completely ripped off. I wouldn’t mind if it was £50 but £450 is disgraceful. Now I plan to take her to a small claims court. I am juts trying to track down her information which is proving almost impossible. Disgusting to take money off innocent people.

Possibly the worst business owner and person, we helped Laura (The owner of Lolletti) build her business and bring in more customers. She owes our company over £1,000 and is refusing to pay us (over a year). We have tried to be civil and kind, even offering to help in times of need.

It's never been about the money, it's about the kind of person who can not settle their debts and be so heartless.

But with still not receiving the debt that is owed, we have had to write this review. This business can't fulfil orders and the owner isn't as nice as the comments you may receive. The owener spends the money elsewhere and doesn't settle her debts. We will be looking at ways to get this business taken down as it's highly unfair to our staff as I the owner had to pay out of my own pockets due to the lack of professionalism and maturity of Laura the owner of Lolletti art.

I have seen behind the scenes of this business and I would advise not to purchase from someone who is capable of such a thing.

I was so impressed with my first order I ordered again and all three pieces of Laura’s work are amazing I will definitely be ordering more and would recommend her to anyone looking for more personal artwork it’s truly so special and adds a lovely touch to my room

Ordered a canvas print that had my grans favourite quote on it and once it arrived it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Quick delivery and lovely girl. Has pride of place in my kitchen x

I meant to do this sooner but I’ve been busy my canvass came at the beginning of July & my wife loves it, it looks wonderful in our dining room and we are all very happy with it, beautifully made & Laura was delightful

ive recieved the most beautiful canvass that im absolutely delighted with its stunning & perfect in my livingroom & the quote is exactly right for my family, absolutely thrilled with it & will be ordering another 1 for my mum’s christmas

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy. It’s a complete scam. Communication was great to begin with but as soon as your money is taken you receive hardly any communication. I am still waiting for my order nearly 7 weeks later. Lied about the item being posting. I will be taking legal action and reporting the account for fraud.

I would give no stars if I could. Never received order and no response to emails. I’m taking legal action.

Laura doesn't respond to anything. I have been waiting for my art, response or money back for 5 months. In the meantime, she does have time to post on social media. I earn my money honestly, it would be nice if she did the same...

I wanted to buy something really special for my husband after being my biggest support during my illness. I saw Laura’s art and thought it would be the perfect present to remind him about us even when I am gone. Unfortunately the art never came… Laura didn’t respond to any contact, even didn’t when I explained my situation. I contacted her many times in many ways but didn’t hear anything back. You most be a very heartless person if you are ignoring and scamming someone who is dying… People, please don’t buy from here.

If you like ordering in December 2023, not receiving your order, chasing this person via 4 different email addresses, instagram & even via people that she does collabs with. If you like being ignored, blocked, deleted. If you like receiving fake pictures of your refund. If you like paying almost EU 300 & not receiving the product or the refund. If you like being scammed out of your money. If you like working hard for your money & throwing it away. If you like being frustrated for months. If you like reporting this to police, instagram, legal institutions.

If you like all things above. I would definitely recommend!

Ordered early June and still waiting for my order. Laura is now ignoring my emails after promising I would receive my art 2 weeks ago.
I requested a refund - no response!! I am now taking legal action
