I completely agree with the negative reviews.

Ordered July 2023, promised a 4-6 week wait, after a lot of chasing I got it in OCTOBER and it was not exactly what I ordered.

Laura said she will send a replacement. No replacement received. Told it was dispatched in early January and it’s why I couldnt have a refund when asked. Still chasing in February and told it was still being finished and would be dispatched the following week (so was never dispatched in early January)

I’ve had nothing but endless lies and heard every excuse under the sun.

She’s offered a refund which she promised but I’m still waiting weeks later and now she’s ignoring weeks of messages.

Instagram is full of people complaining on her posts which she is very quick to delete. She also has the audacity to advertise work to get more commissions but is clearly not able to fulfill those that have paid.

Still waiting for my refund. As are many. I’m sure she’s enjoying all that money she’s taken from hard working people.

Completely unprofessional way to run a business and shocking customer service.

I ordered a canvas in August
After a long wait for completion, I received the canvas in NOVEMBER! I requested my wedding quote but received this with a word missing.
I informed Laura and she said she will send a replacement. No replacement sent after chasing her up for a few weeks so I asked for a refund in December.
The refund was promised but nothing processed.
Communication VERY poor.
Still waiting for my refund and no reply.

Gorgeous canvas, such an original way to express yourself with art. My husband loved his “love you more” canvas for his valentines gift. I can’t wait to purchase another canvas for future Birthdays etc. Really good quality and great communication from seller!

I asked Lollettiart to make me a canvas in memory of my mum who passed away.
I am absolutely thrilled with it, it’s stunning and exactly what I imagined, if not better.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and communication was great.
I would recommend you to everyone and would definitely order again.

Overpriced canvas. I wish I had saved the money went else where.
Numerous delays and lack of communication to the point I just accepted I was scammed as it was nearly 2 months late and little to no response on Instagram.
She did send it in the end however it was just an all round bad experience and the canvas I wouldn't say is worth what I paid at all.

Laura made some bespoke word art for my daughter’s nursery which we absolutely adore. She was amazing to work with, super responsive and collaborative. I knew what I wanted the artwork to say - a cute saying my husband and I say to our daughter - and Laura sent me a few layouts to see what worked best and what I would like.

The piece looks great in the nursery, fitting in with the rest of the decor and artwork and was reasonably priced for a bespoke piece. The turnaround was 4 weeks and arrived within this time frame and well packaged.

Overall a lovely experience and a lovely piece of art that my daughter will hopefully treasure as she grows up.

A great experience ordering with Laura. My canvas is perfect and fits perfectly in my living room :)

Laura was super quick to respond when I placed my order and said this would be sent within 4 weeks upon placing my order on 26 January 2024.

I have contacted Laura via instagram and her website with absolutely no response. She asks for payment via bank transfer and takes your money with no intention of making or sending out the goods you have ordered,

Her business is not registered with Companies House and she is dishonest and gives small businesses a bad name - I for one will not be putting trust in anyone else which is a shame for honest sellers trying to make a go of things.

We are all struggling at the moment but to steal from people is a disgrace.

Stay well clear of this seller complete scam and fraudster.

I ordered from Laura last september being told her turn around is 5 weeks and here i am 21 weeks later no canvas, a bunch of lies and excuses sent to me and NO refund!
She is nothing but a theif! Please steer clear of this seller.

Scam website it seems, looks very legitimate but Laura asks for payment by bank transfer, is very personable about a bespoke design and then doesn’t make the order, and clearly keeps the money.
Such a shame as supporting small businesses is so important, but people who do this let other sellers down.
Do not purchase from this seller!
I have seen lots of comments on her page to similar problems such as payment being made, and no product ever being sent, or a refund !

Absolutely incredible artist! I ordered a piece as a gift for my partner and it exceeded expectations. Delivery was quick and Laura communicated throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to purchase more pieces from Laura in the future, we have received many compliments on the one we currently have and my partner loves it!
