I wish I could give 0 Stars! I ordered this on the website at the beginning of May and was told it would take 4 weeks. After questioning after about 6 weeks I got no response. I got friends to message pretending to be new customers and 'Laura' responded straight away. I managed to get some correspondence and was told it was in the post. 2 weeks later and still nothing. When I threatened legal action I was eventually refunded! If the item had actually been sent 2 weeks prior - why would they refund me? Just shows the item was never sent! THIS IS A SCAM!

I have ordered several times now from Laura and always received great service. She has always been very helpful when trying to decide the wording/ layout that we would like. Her artwork is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again!

Laura is a true artist. Her work is simply beautiful, delivery was quick and my bespoke design was made exactly when I wanted

Bought my wife a personalised canvas, and she absolutely adores it. It was the perfect personalised present and looks great. Laura's work is excellent and the canvas is to the perfect finish to our bedroom.

The process ordering my canvas and receiving it was so smooth and easy. With the lyrics being long, Lollettiart recommended the best size. We love the canvas and would certainly recommend!

Came across their amazing work and absolutely loved it for our home therefore messaged about ordering a product and was providing amazing service from start to finish. Really liked the back and forth messages about exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Couldn’t recommend enough and it’s the perfect touch to our home.

Terrible experience. Laura took my £175 in August 2023, came up with numerous excuses as to why it wasn't delivered. I have chased numerous times and its now June 2024.

Its theft - please do not order from Laura. She is very busy on Instagram. I wish I had read the feedback before handing over my money to her. Very disappointing and upsetting.

If anyone has the company address please share. I am also taking legal action, along with many others on trust pilot.

The one star is one to many. Complete scam. I was scammed out of over £200. Ordered a large design last September. Was continuously told the proof was being sent but was never received. The posts are made to make you believe it is a woman seller called Laura. It is a clever scam because they post things to make you believe it is a real person eg, her grandma died and would be back to work soon. After months of being in contact but nothing being received. I requested a refund….. again never received!!!
Looking closer at the instagram page its name has been changed 6 times and the comments are not turned on so the scammer will only allow the positive comments. Disappointing because after looking properly it is obviously a huge scam. DO NOT ORDER or fall victim to this scam.

I’m still waiting on a piece of art to be sent from August 2023! After intially being very chatty and responding to messages quickly, once payment has been submitted she rarely responds. Laura claims to send the art but never does, she eventually says she’ll provide a refund that never comes. She will finally end by blocking you and stopping a whatever little comms you had. Avoid like the plague!

This is a scam.
This lady takes your money and does not deliver the product.
She then lets you chase her for months and months until you leave negative reviews and then she contacts you to say she’ll refund you if you give her you bank details.
Unsurprisingly your refund never comes but in the meantime she has blocked and deleted you from all her social media platforms.
Please do not purchase from the lady/business, you are very very unlikely to see your money or a piece of art again.
SCAM

Unfortunately I also seem to have been scammed. I’m very confused as to where these good reviews have come from as I ordered a canvas in September and it’s now May and I STILL don’t have it. I’m being ignored on social media, my messages through her website are unanswered and I’m over £120 out of pocket. This lady steals hard working peoples money unfortunately and from reading the “good reviews” and cross referencing these with her socials, the “good reviews” seem to be from friends, family or those who have big social media followings. If you don’t fall in to either of those categories I’d recommend you avoid sadly.
It’s hard times at the moment and to steal other peoples money whilst still posting and advertising yourself to take more orders via tiktok and insta is just a disgrace and absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Such a great seller I have now ordered twice from her and she is so friendly and helpful and it arrived just on time. Would definitely recommend!

Promised a refund after months of waiting & a lot of excuses. I even received a screen shot that had been mocked up to look like she had transferred the money but it was a scam.

I never received the funds & now she won’t reply to my messages. Disgusting! She should be shut down. She’s clearly only interested in fulfilling orders where that person has a few thousand followers to up her profile.

Very helpful company and great customer service. Would recommend.

I messaged initially on a whim regarding a pre-made piece of art to enquire about the price. I had incredibly quick responses but were equally very human and personable. They were very easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble, they offered personalised adjustments if i wished and had it shipped within a couple of days! It arrived beautifully packaged and very well preserved and nothing but a pleasant and enjoyable experience engaging with and purchasing from!

Great overall experience with Lollettiart. Laura was great and communicated throughout. Really pleased with the finished product.

I have bought from this business twice and was so happy with my products. The first time I messaged to ask if there was anyway I could have my print sooner than the expected delivery as it was for a gift and the business owner had this made and posted super fast for me. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again

Amazing canvas my friend absolutely loved it when I ordered it for her birthday. When I reached out to Lollettiart on Instagram she was beyond helpful towards me when I was asking her a Million questions. Thankyou so so much for all your help your artwork is absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

Really happy with my canvas! Seller produces lovely pieces and is very responsive and caring whenever we have corresponded. Would definitely recommend.
