Joel and his team have carried out a series of electrical safety tests for our apartments. Everything went smoothly and the reports and recommendations were clear to follow. The estimates were fair and we now have our safety certificates. Also good is that Joel replies quickly to e mails and will not hesitate to call his customers back quickly. Job well done, will use again.

Joel came today to rectify some deficiencies in our home’s fuse box after having an initial electrical inspection. Not only was he very professional but also very kind and amenable. Joel was brilliant and I would definitely recommend him. He was quick to reply to my emails, arrived on time, was friendly and informative. Did a great job with no hidden costs. He was also respectful of Covid guidelines which I appreciated.

I feel I need to weigh in with a less than perfect experience. I found Joel’s work very below par. He rewired my house in winter 2019. The work was mainly done by a silent and fairly rude labourer, they left switches and sockets loosely screwed in all over the house, one switch was wired up dangerously, the quote was a copy and paste job - he clearly hasn’t listened to my specifications. Joel appeared occasionally for an hour or so, but spent most of it on his phone. He let me down time after time when he said he’d be on site. My boiler didn’t work for months and it turned out it was a wiring fault. I wasn’t your average customer - I was project managing and doing a lot of the work, so I guess he found me annoying. My experience was not good and I would not recommend Joel and London Rewires.
