I was treated by Sarah and Zana …. Amazing care

I was treated by Sarah and Zana who came out to me on 24/6/26. There are not enough words for me to express my gratitude to them both. They were so calm, organised, caring and prepared with everything they did. With continued support and care I was calmed and treated feeling comfortable and confident with their knowledge. They really were a most wonderful partnership, and credit to the organisation. Thank you to them both, you will always be remembered.

I rung an ambulance this morning as i was struggling to breathe. Von and Amy arrived very quickly and was so helpful the second they arrived. They made me calm and was very professional. Once in the ambulance all the way to A and E at Queen Elizabeth they waited with me till i was seen with a nurse. Hands down the best/nice/kindest paramedics ive come across. If any one deserves a pay rise its girls like this. Thank you again Von and Amy

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Jim and David on F219 Ambulance London. Their professionalism, compassion, and calm approach during a very stressful time were truly exceptional. Both paramedics went above and beyond to provide outstanding care, reassurance, and support. They treated us with kindness, dignity, and genuine empathy, making a difficult situation much easier to cope with. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their dedication to patient care was evident in every interaction.London Ambulance Service should be incredibly proud to have such remarkable staff representing them. Thank you again, Jim and David, for your incredible work and for making such a positive difference.

As someone who worked for the LAS as a para, I could not recommend the company less. The downward spirit is impressive. At the start, you are painted a great picture of vast roles, opportunities and develop. To say that is a lie is an understatement. I worked there for 6 years, got my education I need and left as soon as I could.

If you’re not best friends with management or through your colleagues under the bus, you won’t get anywhere. They will find every little issue possible to blame you off and make you responsible and will off zero support.

The staff morale is depressing. I worked in the NW sector and I could not tell you the last time i spoke with someone who said they engage the job or happy to be there.

Please find another service.

Ps: you also have to ask to use the toilet.

Superb Service by the London Ambulance Service

On the 5th April I called 111 and was attended by two ambulance medics at my home. Mallory and Charlotte were both very kind and helpful, they then transported me to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich for further diagnosis ( it turned out to be compacted gallstones),
I should like to thank these ladies for their care and consideration while treating me,

The service I received for others ASB.

There was an incident where my neighbours who are drug users from downstairs flat, left an immigrant woman on my doorstep in a council flat. We Had to stay up all night because of the problems they caused, due to anti social behaviour noises, we Called an ambulance at night while I am suffering mobility problems due to badly worn out knees. But I had to suffer standing all night just to check on her breathing every 15 minutes . The lady on the receptionist phone was Nice. but the ambulance people themselves were Rude ignorant like I was invisible didn't have the decency to say "Thank You"we'll take it from here" Rude people. It feels bad to just close the door without getting any respond of them.

If I hadn't gone to the door to check what's going on, the woman would've been lying there from night till morning. No one would be able to find out if she was an immigrant or ran out of her camp

While we try to help people we get disrespected.
It's not nice. And the People who caused troubles like this doesn't even get in any trouble or get fined,
And people like these neighbours downstairs leave their mess on others to pick up after causing it, and what for, just to take their Pocket money. And then kick them out and leave them on others door while that person wakes up not realising their friends betray them.

Arbitrary decision making

19.1.26 I collapsed on street close to London Bridge Station. A number of people called 999. I was unconscious on at least one occasion. Dispatch declined to send an ambulance and I was left unaided by NHS.

Great London ambulance in dealing with patients in bad condition.

I called the London ambulance I admit it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive because my wife is asthmatic had difficulty breathing but the couple who came were with us over 1 hour and they were great in
1- treating my wife &
2- contacting our GP surgury and informing them to set urgently a Doctor appointment.
My wife was breathing bit better when they left.
