Great London ambulance in dealing with patients in bad condition.

I called the London ambulance I admit it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive because my wife is asthmatic had difficulty breathing but the couple who came were with us over 1 hour and they were great in
1- treating my wife &
2- contacting our GP surgury and informing them to set urgently a Doctor appointment.
My wife was breathing bit better when they left.

Full Disclosure of My Hospital Admission or Relapse

The two faced Ambulance team brought me from my house to Mayday Hospital and after several hours they transported me into a shithole acute mental ward in the middle of no where. They lie to my wife that I am threatening to her life and that of the kid. Whereas, as on my way to CUH I was advising them on how they can modify their wretched ambulance and make it comfy. I even dismiss my Line Manager’s call on the trip. This people are assholes and tricksters! I need a full disclosure of what actually transpired. Look up my NHS records and call the current psyche ward I’m on. I want to get to the bottom of what is happening. Now I have been sectioned under the mental heath act section 2 from 10/10/2025 to 6/11/2025 and wickedly progressing to section 3 another 3 months minimum! I have a wonderful kid and amazing wife who needs me but the hospital team seem I’m still not okay. Or am I HIV positive? Because I know I’m fully okay upstairs but the patients in the ward are somehow unstable. I need an explanation before I forward this to the ministry of justice and the police for grave injustice!

Nasty, insulting people

Took a long time to try to get an apology, but none. Nasty man with dumb sidekick. Wouldn't help a man get up, who it turned out had a serious virus attack. Sneering at him for 30 mins. Then helped. I still feel sick seeing it again in my mind. Pigs like that shouldn't be employed in any care situation. London Ambulance staff cover up for them. One day they.might need help. NHS finished.

I would like to thank Paul & Nicola.

I would like to thank Paul & Nicola on 3rd October who helped my wife to carefully get up, at our home in Edmonton, Nth London. Paul gave great advice on severe back pain. They were both very kind and sympathetic. I have nothing but admiration for these two, very caring & thoughtful paramedics. Nicola was the driver and Paul stayed at the back of the ambulance with us. Very much appreciated,Thank you!

Paramedics take five stars

Yesterday we had to deal with an urgent situation when one of our friends (aged ninety) suddenly collapsed when sitting with us in a central London pub. He had hardly tasted his glass of white wine! The barmaid Lily was absolutely brilliant (her first 999 call) and caring, but we were amazed when the paramedics arrived at High Holborn in their ambulance within fifteen minutes. The two blonde paramedics (Sam and Catherine) were outstanding. Personable, efficient and reassuring. They arrived with all the equipment for an instant dive of diagnosis, and then transported our friend onboard their ambulance for a wider range of tests and decision-making on destinations. Talking to our friend today, happily now recovering at the Royal London Hospital, he felt couldn't praise these two young women sufficiently. They had chatted and informed him all the way, and kept his spirits up at a time of considerable anxiety while never being patronising or flustered. For us they epitomised angels of mercy - arriving swiftly and decisively, with admirable powers of gentle intervention and empathy. We really can't celebrate them highly enough! Thank you so much, Sam & Catherine - and the London Emergency Ambulance Service.

Ambulance paramedics should be given more training with back injuries

I had fall in the shower and had landed on my back. I was in agony with back pain and could not move, An ambulance came within 40 minutes but unfortunately the two ambulance paramedics were not trained how to deal with people with back injuries. They made me walk to the ambulance and in A&E was made to sit rather than put on a stretcher. My lower lumbar spine had a fracture when a CT was done.

Joshua Bird and Jake Dobek (CAD 1712 ) are Worth A Commendation

Joshua Bird and Jake Dobek arrived less than 10 minutes after I called 911 and was told the ambulance might arrive after 2 hours because it was Christmas day. I was so happy to see them arriving so soon because my husband needed help as a matter of emergency. I could not help notice their team work and professionality to resuscitate my husband which was reassuring. After both of them dropped my husband and I off at emergency unit, they still took the time to check on my husband later on to see how he was doing. All I want to say is thank you Joshua and Jake for being there on time for my husband and merry Christmas from my husband and I.

They came.750pm on Sunday 1 December…

They came.750pm on Sunday 1 December 2024. London Canada Water. I was struggling to breath and move because I’ve been having very aggressive chesty mucus cough for 4 weeks, and it broken my ribs 2 weeks ago. My place is so small so I said I’m coming down. But I did not know that I can’t walk due to the pains, because I was in bed for long time! So it took me really long time to reach to the ambulance as the result . The two young ambulance people - man and woman called Elisha- said they won’t take
Me to hospital because it’s ongoing issues so I need GP to subscribe new stronger antibiotics. It’s totally agreeable. But blond young English Elisha started talking about their “rights” to protect their backs , when I who is suffering a lot with pains asked her to push me in the wheelchair to be back at my flat door! It’s incredible negligent.
I’m so petite and I live on the first floor, and there is slope and also elevator! and
The ambulance stopped in front of the building!! I can see how much she is doing the job only for Accumulating Hours to get a better job. She isn’t kind at all but cold person who shouldn’t work for any jobs to help people who are struggling! Meanwhile the guy didn’t say anything.awful. Meanwhile my broken ribs really hurt but they seem they don’t care
