Awful company namely because of the person that runs their credit control department who was rude and dismissive.
Talks over customers, doesn’t listen and left a really bad taste.
Shame, as the door fitters themselves were lovely guys. Maybe the said person needs to sit down with them and have some lessons in customer service.
I was asked to remove the persons name which I did, as I needed this review to be seen.

From the outset our dealings with the London Door company was first rate. On the day of installation things could not have gone any better. The fitter (Aaron) was excellent and we are delighted with the new door.

LDC were great from start to finish with the design and installation. The new front door is exactly what we wanted and is a lovely colour. The level of detail and the finish are excellent.
The doors arrived when they said they would and the installation team were great.

Delighted! We have just had our door fitted
We have just had our door fitted. Great experience from start to finish! We're very grateful to Enzo, who was so patient and helpful in designing the right door for us (we went back and forth so many times!). Customer service and the guys who came to install the door were all very courteous. The installation was done with minimal fuss, and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend :)

Excellent product, brilliant craftsmanship. We were kept informed at every step of the process by the excellent admin team. Aaron, our fitter, was professional, friendly, a perfectionist. He did a fantastic job. Our new door looks amazing. I can highly recommend the London Door Company.

Utter joke, to complete installation of single door taking 3 moth, finish appalling. Miscommunication between Management team @ LDC and Operatives on site. wrong fittings delivered, working from expired work sheets. Complete mess.

A great quality investment in our home!
We are absolutely delighted with our new door! Amanda was patient throughout the design process helping us choose the stained glass window, and fittings. The fitters were professional and efficient The door quality exceeded our expectations and we have the added benefit of a reduction of outside noise.

Fab door, fab company!
Really easy process, lots of payment/finance options, the fitters were brilliant; punctual, tidy and efficient. I had a return visit for minor issues, the knocker had been damaged in transit and the draught excluder was the wrong size but it was all put right within an acceptable time frame. I really, really love this door - my house looks delightful now!
