My X stream aeroponic propagator arrived in a timely fashion. I discovered that one of the spray heads was not working properly, contacted London Grow and a new head arrived the next day.
The system works well and in less than a week, in October, roots are appearing on some of my cuttings.

Made an order with London Grow and was contacted shortly after informing me that I had made a mistake with my order and was guided to buy the correct equipment for my set up. As this was my first time buying growing equipment I have since found out that I will soon need to upgrade a part and buy some extra bits. I will not hesitate to shop here again in the future. Just a hassle free transaction

I had X2 bags of Coco bags ordered, you shipped one in a box and the other in a plastic bag. I came home and the plastic bag was at my apartment front door ripped open....if it had been shipped in a box like the other now one would have tried to open it and see inside. Not making any more orders from now on....

Pleased with product good delivery everything fine

Second time in a row my order was messed up. Last time they sent me half the amount. Fair enough it was sorted but this time they sent bags of powdered feed that was like bricks because the bags had been sliced through. I'm never using these again. Once is fair enough but the very next time things are sliced up. It seems a bit suspicious to me to be honest.

I ordered 3 large square pot saucers. these very robust, a good size, and nice and deep. Will order from this company again.
