I was after a left hand drive car to take to Portugal and have bought an Audi Q5 from London LHD Centre. I am more than pleased with the vehicle. What was just as pleasing was the service I received from John. He could not do enough in understanding my needs and my situation. I initially was going to buy a Ford Kuga but have ended up with the Audi Q5, nothing wrong with Fords but they are not Audis, it was not an upsell, it was virtually the same price and John took time to think about my situation and come up with a recommendation that made perfect sense. I have bought many cars over the years both brand new and used but I have never experienced service like this. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with John and his team and I would not hesitate to recommend London LHD Centre to my family and friends.
First class service, amazing enthusiasm for cars but most importantly listened to a now very happy customer.

Immediate response to my query. Very pleasant and sensible discussion was had on the telephone about the sale of my Land Rover after which I was offered a very fair price for the car. Pick-up and payment was arranged to suit me and at the most convenient location. No fuss, no bother, just a first class service. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

We had the pleasure of dealing with this company in June 2024. We had imported our Volkswagen Golf when we moved from Switzerland back to the UK. Shortly after we arrived we realised how hard it would be to have a left hand drive car here and decided to sell it. London Left Hand Drive were very decent and fair with us from the start. John quoted a fair price to us over the phone and then his colleague James came to Manchester to view the car. He was really nice and we had a great chat. He ended up deducting some of the quoted price because our tyres needed to be changed (we arrived with our winter tyres), but otherwise everything went very smoothly. The money was immediately deposited into our account and James drove off with the car (which was a pretty emotional moment as we were extremely attached to the car). Sue kept in touch with us afterwards and helped us with the paperwork that we needed to pay the necessary tax to HMRC, which we hugely appreciated. All in all it was a great experience and they are a lovely company to deal with.

Professional, courteous and thoughtful. A real pleasure to deal with them. Straightforward, reliable and clear. A real depth of understanding and old-fashioned common sense. They honoured their commitment admirably and I recommend them very highly.

Just bought another car from John and I am very satisfied once again. John is extremely knowledgeable about high quality cars and both he and his colleague James really car about having satisfied repeat customers, so the stock they purchase is carefully vetted. I bought a car from London LHD Centre from abroad, with out even have seen the car. I was pleasent surprised, paper work checked out, nice binder with all details in, clean inside / out. Serviced, ITV / MOT in order. They have many more cars in stock, then advertised, so for car people its great fun and experience to deal with them, can only recommend!

Purchased a LHD car for one of our European sales reps. The process was very smooth, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for John and the team at London LHD (despite my many ever-changing requests!). We will be back to buy a second vehicle soon. I would highly recommend.

What started as a fine sale, with an ok price, ended very frustratingly. John promised the new buyer would unregister the car and despite chasing him and the buyer for 6 weeks nothing has been done. Instead the new driver got two speeding tickets which I’ve had to deal with and I’ve had to pay road tax and insurance during those 6 weeks. Extremely poor service. It’s a shame.

I confess I was very dubious about a smooth experience buying my first LHD car ready for a move to France but I couldn't have been more wrong. John and James were very helpful and had the Volvo vehicle I was interested in sent to the local Volvo dealership where they gave me a full report on its condition and a clean bill of health. No information was kept from me and no questions were met with anything but a concise answer.... the amount of detailed back paperwork for the vehicle and its history was more complete than for any vehicle Ive ever bought and the overall experience was relaxed and confidence instilling. Been driving the car a few weeks now and all has been great. Would highly recommend them ....
