Normally to get a great review everything must go smoothly, this was not our experience however. Let me put it this way in our first two days after purchasing our car from The London Left Hand Drive Centre we suffered two very significant setbacks. However both James and John were constantly on hand to support us in every way possible. Given the problems we had I never thought that I would find myself recommending LLHDC but the proof of a professionally run organisation is how it copes with difficulties and they did that with bells on! When are looking to upgrade the car we know where we will go! Thanks John & James

I was a bit concerned about how difficult it might be to sell a LHD car in the UK having recently returned from Spain. I spoke to a number of prospective purchasers and decided to sell to London LHD Centre. It was definitely the right decision - John was very easy to deal with, very professional and fully explained the process. When the day arrived to conclude the sale we agreed a very fair price and the money was in the bank in no time at all - perfect! I would very highly recommend them.

My experience with John and London LHD Centre was all around positive.
I had a Swiss registered LHD parked at a friend’s house in the UK and I am in the USA with no plans to return to Europe any time soon. I contacted John and he solved my problem in the most satisfactory way. He offered me a strait forward good deal and I received the intl. money transfer immediately. He also took care of the de-registration of the car and picked it up in Surrey. I got to know John as a reliable true professional who takes pride in the way he conducts business. John was a pleasure to deal with, when I was attempting to buy a lhd car. Excellent communication throughout the process. Car was keenly priced and had a comprehensive history. James was great in sorting out the paperwork. Have had no issues since purchasing the car. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality lhd vehicle.

The first and the last car dealer we visited. Basically, we were looking for an SUV in a good condition and affordable price too so to be our family car in the next 5-6 years back in our home country. Finding left hand drive Tucson on the site was a dream get true. In a few days we visited London to see the car, and it was over all our expectations. John shared all the documentation like the service history, invoices for the maintenance, a report from an authorized service centre after a formal quality inspection. All our questions were answered! Then due to other circumstances, we decided not to buy a car now, maybe just to check more dealers at home even considering buying a brand-new car. After a few weeks of a bitter disappointment talking with a dozen of dealers, we called John again.
Luckily, our Tucson was still there, despite the fact two buyers were literally bidding for it at the very same moment. This time we were quick and now our new shiny blue SUV is on a transport heading home.

I bought a 2018 land rover discovery.
I bought it 100% remotely.
LHD purchased a private plate for me and arranged all the registration. I had some problems in my current country of employment, LHD was very helpful and patient whilst I sorted out the problems.
It was delivered to my preferred storage location
( free of charge ). When I return to the UK, LHD will buy my Lhd Ford at a very reasonable price.

The most helpful 2 guys you could hope to come across.
John and James really helped us out, offered us a very fair price for our LHD car and made the whole transaction painless.
A little bit difficult to get hold of if I had to mention anything negative, however having met them and seen their situation its understandable, very little signal for phones.
Completely trustworthy too, due to having a German car which had to be deregistered before they could have the papers, they withheld a small amount of the purchase price until the papers were there (car is worthless without them). This was paid promptly on receipt of the papers.

So we are moving to France and wanted a LHD before we left. As it happens we picked up a KIA on a French plate and saved all the problems of importing into France and re-registration. James and John are great guys to deal with. This is not a dealership, more of a LHD broker, buying in cars from returning Brits and the re-selling. My car was sent to a main dealer for a full independent third party examination and report. All the registration documentation was in order, obviously, because they wouldn't be able to sell without. Communication by email and mobile once we had viewed the car was excellent. They could do with having loads of FAQ's on their website then they wouldn't be plagued by random calls for advice. Can recommend.

We bought a LHD car to return to live in Spain. It seems like a fabulous car and is great to drive. Full service history all checked out and is in great condition. I would recommend James and John. V helpful! Thank you both.
