Incredibly happy with the service offered by London LHD centre. After my enquiry they called me quickly, asked a few more questions about the car and arrange a viewing. James was very professional and a nice guy, nothing like the typical ‘dodgy car dealer’ that I was dreading. After checking the car and documents, and a few more questions we agreed a great price and it was all completed within 30 minutes or so - he even gave me a lift back home.

Strongly recommend LHD centre if you are looking for help finding an affordable second hand car for use in mainland Europe where generally second hand vehicles are far more expensive and higher mileage. Just sold my car to London LHD Centre this week and was very happy by their service. Shortly after filling out the details of my SUV I received an enquiry to come and see the car. We quickly arranged the viewing. John came to see the car; he was nice and thorough, knew what to do of the car and was balanced in his assessment. Two days after I received their proposal; I thought the price was completely fair for the age, mileage and state of the car. The following day they transferred the money, and the day after they sent someone to pick it up. It was all done in a week. All the staff was nice and very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone.

John and James arrived early for the appointment we had at Luton airport. I had driven down from Aberdeen to meet them, admittedly with a bit of apprehension as it was a real leap of faith for me with a 9 hour drive and flights booked in the afternoon! As soon as I met them all my worries disappeared. Both were very honest and professional and I was offered a very fair price for my Toyota Yaris. Price was agreed and the money was transferred straight into my account, all done there and then in 5 minutes! Very impressed with every aspect of our meeting and transactions. Highly recommend.

I am writing you being very disappointed me and my husband for wasting the time and money coming all the way to London to see and reserve a car which is already taken and a deposit has been paid by another customer. We thought your website is a thrusting one and we are dealing with professionals persons too. Very sad.

Delightful people to deal with. I needed a replacement LHD car in a bit of a hurry and saw just what I wanted on the London LHD website. James the salesman gave me as much time as I needed to inspect the car and go for a test drive. He is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We returned to the office to do the paperwork and the ladies were also more than helpful. I live in rural Bucks and James was happy to deliver the car to my house. Professional, speedy response from a small bunch of folks who obviously enjoy giving exemplary service. Will be my first port of call when I'm thinking of my next purchase.

never reply to messages left on their website, lady who answers the phone says she will call back but never did ! Obviously not interested in selling cars....
