I do not understand the “hype” over this production. Perhaps it is better suited to a younger audience. I love music, all styles , and there were some nice musical moments, but overall I was a bit disappointed. The costumes were also a bit “blah” . I was expecting something more “period” appropriate.

Great performance, singing and dancing from professional cast. However I found it difficult to follow the story due to the speed and content of rapping. I knew that's how the majority of the songs would be delivered but it was really only the solo pieces that I found to be clear and easy to understand, we had to concentrate very hard to pick up the gist of the group numbers

Absolutely amazing show! Knew the songs from A to Z prior to the show, but still enjoyed it thoroughly, mostly the unexpected added bits of humor and personal touches. Some little microphone issues throughout the show, nothing too bad though. Shining cast with amazing voices, rythm and skill! If you love high-tension, tidbits of humor and beautifully constructed storytelling, this show is for you!

It was really enjoyable, worth the money, the bar we could access before the show was amazing to get out of the rain, all of the staff were friendly

The theatre was cold The actors were amazing, singing dancing and acting all really good. However it’s intense to keep up with the storyline. Luckily I was advised to read a synopsis of the show before hand…. Thank goodness as I would have struggled to understand what was going on!

As avid watchers of the film of the original cast, we were intrigued to see how this would compare. The cast are WONDERFUL and the production is brilliant. Would go again tomorrow if we could.
