This was a masterpiece, we loved it, the whole cast were great as was the set, brilliantly acted by David Harewood and Toby Jones in particular.
Amazing show!!!!
Very basic production
Beautiful theatre.Very friendly and helpful staff. Upper circle - comfortable seats with great view. Fabulous all-round production with outstanding performances from excellent cast. Wonderful.
First time at the Royal Theatre. Magical venue. Superb performances. Bravo
Great production with an excellent cast loved the minimalist staging.
It was sensational, especially Toby Jones performance
The play was well produced and this was an excellent performance. The down side was legroom, despite opting for an end of row seat, theatres are not very comfortable for taller people.
A great production - excellent acting. Intense and affecting in moments of high drama. Huge congratulations to all involved.
Lovely theatre, welcoming staff, what a production ! Brilliantly acted, had me on the edge of my seat. Also this was for me the easiest to follow Shakespeare play I have ever seen. Bravo 👏👏
Brilliant and powerful production. My only grumble is that there is no help for those with hearing issues.
A truly amazing production, wonderful set and costumes and a great cast. Toby Jones, David Harewood and Caitlin Fitzgerald were breathtakingly awesome.
It was such a good composition - lighting, scenery, costumes, spacing , positioning, size of characters: actors well- chosen, and ofc Shakespeare’s play!
Great performances by leading actors and across the company. We enjoyed seeing well known faces from film and tv performing live on stage. The special offer on tickets for this performance enabled us to book good seats in the stalls and also enjoy a pre theatre supper. This opportunity makes theatre more accessible and supports the hospitality sector.
The production lacked the subtlety of the play. It's as if a murder-mystery started by telling you it was Colonel Mustard in the library with the candlestick.
Othello was fabulous took my 17 and 16 yr old and they loved it too! Great for A level English Literature as it came to life!
I took my daughter as it is her favourite Shakespeare play - she loved it!
Outstanding Performance.
Brilliant cast, brilliant performance, highly recommend.
