Great service, good value for money, fast delivery

As I always say, me personally do not have any problems. My experience is always positive. From finding what I want, putting my order in to be delivered. The goods follow at record speed. Evri are good here for me. My products are quality, stylish value for money .

Great never had any problems, always have good selection of products

I found using the website very easy and was very happy with the items I ordered. The order arrived very quickly and was delivered safely, I very rarely have difficulty with deliveries by Evri.

Absolute horrible service , wouldn't recommend at all considering my account is so new. Still waiting for a delivery since 22nd January,no update and already have been billed for something I haven't even received yet.

Still havent received part of my irder with no delivery date anticipated. Not good customer service.

Just found out off my misses that her 70 year old mam been waiting 3 weeks for a cheap overpriced crap piece of shit cooker.

Been let down twice on two delivery dates and now they are not delivering anything.

No phone call to keep her updated! no apology or compensation for messing her about. wound me right up now and taking this further.

My order arrived quicker than I expected, I am very pleased with the item. I like the fact that I can use buy now pay later with look again which means I don’t have to pay interest.

Fast delivery and quality items

Very disappointed with this company and won't ever use them again. An order placed within the Christmas order deadline date has still failed to arrive. Several attempts to get this sorted via customer service resulted in them assuring me each time that the order was on its way. I have checked again today only to find the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. Very poor service.

Update 16th January
After informing me that the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled, they sent it anyway but then closed my account "due to inactivity" so I am unable to process returns or check account charges. The telephone helpline is appalling. They keep you on silent hold for several minutes at a time whilst they claim to be sorting out the problem (which they fail to do!) I have tried sending an e mail. An automated reply states that a member of the team will respond within two days. I am now on day 3 and I have heard nothing. AVOID this company.

Sofa arrived ahead of expected delivery date, was exactly as pictured and the delivery was perfect.

This company is so slow with everything they do! From delivery (which is one of the most expensive around) to taking payments. I always pay on time and they must send me half a dozen messages telling me I haven't paid. When I question them they always blame my bank for not taking the money! They need to get with the times!

I would have given 5 stars, however, the delivery company (Evri) is awful. It is a very simple and quick process to shop with Look again, stock availability , offers, check out options are all great. Despatch times and updates are great, until the goods are with the external delivery company, then it all goes downhill fast. I just wish there were options to choose a different delivery service

Happy with the items I have purchased but as read in other reviews the delivery is rather expensive,would definitely purchase the 12 month subscription if available.
