Fair deals fair prices
Ive bought a few thing, TV, washing machine, and a few other bits. The bed i got was a good price for what it is, the customer service was a good experience. It has helped me start getting my home sorted with some deals which i look for before buying. Happy customer and never had a bad experience so far. If you need to spread the cost's it one of the best for all round price and items. Got my Tv due to Hisense tv packing in. I got an LG premium TV nano dot & quantum dot which LG are the best. Oled are to expensive. Have bought a few things which i am happy with.

SHOCKING Customer Service!
I have been a loyal customer of Look Again for many years and haven’t needed to return a faulty item. Today was the first experience I encountered with their Customer Services …. I am a lawyer, so I know exactly what I’m talking about.
I bought a pair of Crocs slippers on a deal where I paid £37.50 instead of £50. Even with the discount, the slippers are expensive. After wearing them 2-3 times, they stretched beyond recall, wouldn’t stay on my feet and they slip around to the extent they are a trip hazard.
Phoned Customer Services to request a return for the faulty goods but they refused, saying that they are non-returnable because they have been worn. I explained to the call handler that I am entitled to a refund under The Consumer Rights Act (since the slippers are ‘not of merchantable quality’ and certainly ‘not fit for purpose’ under the Act). She put me on hold - for ages - so that she could speak to a supervisor. When she came back to me, she reiterated that they were non-returnable, given they had been worn. I further explained that I am entitled to a remedy for the faulty goods, again explaining that they have legal responsibilities. She placed me on hold again. Came back saying that I could return the goods “for inspection” but it was likely that they would return them back to me as they had been worn! I explained, calmly, that they would need to be worn in order to establish the fault. She ignored this and proceeded to ask whether I would still like to return them “for inspection” but that I would have to foot (scuse the pun!) the bill for postage there AND back! When I explained that this was not a satisfactory so-called remedy, she just said it’s “our policy”. They should not only (particularly as a Customer Services team) know their legal obligations, but that ‘policy’ cannot usurp statutory rights.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, only to be told they don’t take calls but she could arrange for someone to call me back in 2-3 days and to add insult to injury, she said that the return caller would say exactly the same as I was told today! So, I asked to make a formal complaint and was advised I would get a call back within 24-48 hours, which I agreed to.
To top this all off, the call handler asked whether there was anything else she could help me with, I politely said “no, thank you” and the line fell silent! I held on, as I could hear her keyboard clicking and after a minute or so I said “hello?”. She replied “I’m still here”. I expected her to say something along the lines of “thank you for calling, have a nice day” but she instead said “feel free to cut the call if you want”!!! Incredulous!
As a matter of principle now, I will not let this matter drop! I will close my account in due course and they will have lost a loyal customer who spends a lot of money!

Trying to make a payment online but…
Trying to make a payment online but while it says payment been made no money taken even though I verified payment . But nothing tried contacting they blamed me it’s not them. But if my payment is late I will get a black mark on my credit file they are quick to do that. But constantly tell me it’s my bank . I have used two different banks & now my credit card all the same!! Useless customer service once I have paid my balance off I’m closing my account cos the are not only taking payment even though I get emails to say they have

The two long sleeved casual tops came quickly and on time and they were a great fit.Tight fitting the way i like it.Ordered 6/8 but i am normally a 10 in other tops so if you want one from Bon prix i would go down one size.

It's not look again that's a problem it's evri who they use to deliver, useless.....you pay extra for ndd and I'm still waiting over a week now.....

First time shopping with lookagain, great experience, found loads of lovely things on there page, product I bought was exactly what I was looking for, I payed for next day delivery, I did not get it next day but the following day (so 48hours) I do believe this was Evri’s fault as I did receive an email stating it would be deliver then another one saying there was an issue with the evri driver. Lookagain refunded me the next day delivery charge without me even asking, they sent an email apologising and stating my refund would be processed there and then. Great customer service will definitely shop again.

I purchased 2 bottles of perfume, only received 1 and when I complained, automated email and heard nothing since however quick to charge me for it.

Rang on 3 occasions 1st time saying not received item, girl I spoke 16/10/25 wasn’t interested and wasn’t really listening to me, could hear her chatting to her colleague in background, then got an email asking me to contact customer services 17/10/25 the man I spoke to (am) 17/20/25 was helpful and said he would escalate , however an hour later item arrived so I called back to let them know . The girl I spoke to (pm) 17/10/25 didn’t ask my name, account number or the item just said she put a note on, don’t know how when she didn’t know what the item was or in fact who I was. Shocking service from 2 of the operators . If they’ve no interest in the job shouldn’t be working there!

Been with Look Again for years and had no issues. Great service and good customer service. Had no problem previously obtaining a refund for a missed delivery date and was afforded free delivery.
