Work carried out seems to be ok . Unfortunately when my wife picked up her car usually the car would have had a quick wash down. This didn’t happen . The car was purchased from Ford directly also only a couple of months ago. I just had a service done on my car at Hyundai and they gave a complementary wash. I think it’s all part of the service anywhere else unfortunately not with Ford . Remember it’s the little things like this what make a difference to future custom .

Alan - with one L - was ten out of ten. We chatted over a few cars, and he knew the exact one I wanted. He worked with me to get a great price and I am now the proud owner of a fantastic A3.

When I went to pick up the car it was in absolutely perfect condition and I am buzzing with it. He went over everything with me and made sure I was 100% happy with everything.

Excellent customer service and friendliness of staff. Usual high level of service which I've been accustomed to as a long time customer and comfortable surroundings whilst I waited on site for the air-condition servicing.

Took our Audi in for a regular service yesterday, excellent customer service from all staff. We also purchased the car from the same garage -can't fault them on anything, highly recommended and trustworthy.

Very helpful and informative and chloe was always polite on the phone and helped with things i didnt understand without a hand book

Vw one of the best cars about not had any problems went in for it’s service everything was smooth from start to finish did a sit and wait appointment for 10:30 said car be done by 12:30 and it was great service 10/10 many thanks

Staff were great. Thanks to Dale and David. Very pleased that we could take the car away on the same day, so thanks to the mechanic that enabled the MOT and prep within 2 hours.
Downside is that the financials are not clear. They are not presented in one sheet with all detail. It appears the garage and Audi finance are separate, which makes sense. But the figures must be clear to the costumer! Behind this, the figures can be split any way that is necessary for the garage and Audi. I do not have one document that breakdowns the figures to be certain that the numbers tie up. We had to do this ourselves and get extra explanation which involved jumping between documents.

Be careful, very careful with your money, this dealership is no longer trusted. They are evading a refund they owe us as they tried to sell a car to us which they had previously sold. How can a main BMW dealership sell the same car twice? They took our deposit of £500 on the 21st June, then told us in the 22nd that they had made a mistake. We asked for a refund in the 22nd June.

We are now in the 22nd July, yes, nearly 5 weeks later and still no refund!!

Mitch Hayward was the salesman, who was so nice in dealing with when buying the car, but as he gets no commission from sorting a refund he has dropped us, no returned calls, no returned texts, no returned emails, nothing. Absolute disgrace.

Avoid dealing with this garage, they are nice to your face in taking your money but that’s where it ends! The manager Sam has done nothing after being told we had made a formal complaint, he even said he was not aware! Absolutely disgraceful.

Formal complaint made 2 weeks ago to customer services and we hear nothing from them!

It’s only our persistence in trying to talk to accounts dept that we get some info from one of their staff. It’s now 48 hours after being told a refund is being processed and still no refund received.

Please question yourself if they are worth the risk. Unprofessional, no compassion and bordering on fraud by selling a car twice!

Your AI Bot is a waste of time, it does not read the comments. Why can’t a person from customer services get in touch, we formalised our complaint well over a week ago, but no call. Your customer services are pathetic. So disappointing, so avoidable.
