Check in, meet and greet - very good.
Request for additional job was met.
Claire Johnson recognised us and came over to verify the work to be done and the timescale.
Video received by email showing vehicle inspection from the technician.
When returning to collect was again met by Claire who took me to my car and went over what had been done and wished me a safe journey home.

Insignia Service at Charles Hurst Vauxhall Belfast
I recently had my Insignia's annual service at Charles Hurst Vauxhall Belfast.
I have some mobility issues and their collection and return of my car means a lot to me and the driver was friendly and professional.
I received a video and a vehicle health check by email and on this occasion there was no additional work required. Having a service plan meant that the cost of the service was spread over the year.

From the beginning of the process to…
From the beginning of the process to the end when I picked up the car it was such an easy process. Walking into the forecourt looking for a new car we were unsure what we wanted but thanks to Joe he made us feel at ease and got to the bottom what we needed . Such an easy ordering system, made us aware of how much everything was going to cost so we didn't have an surprises . Just a few short weeks went by with updates every couple of weeks or so and we were paired with our car. When collecting the car again Joe helped us set everything up, he s a star 🌟 would definitely recommend using skoda in Newcastle

Great Service As Usual.
Pleasant, efficient and friendly staff as usual. Started work on my car almost immediately and provided me with coffee whilst I waited. Very good customer service providing me with a video of the car's health check via e-mail. Normally I avoid using the larger companies but Lookers Ford Transit centre at Cargo Fleet Lane has been incredibly friendly and helpful as well as showing expertise with technical problems that other Ford dealers have struggled.

Improved experience following a complaint
Although our past experience with Lookers Stockport Seat has been poor, I have to give credit where it is due. After complaining, I was very well looked after and the problems we had with poor communication and incomplete repairs were taken seriously. Based on our most recent visit, it would be four stars but I feel obligated to be honest about the general service levels.

First service.
I rate Lookers because they looked after my van, to me it’s a camper van and I seriously look after it in every way. It’s immaculate inside and out. The girl in reception was very helpful, the service was carried out while we waited, with ample water, tea and coffee in pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended, I will definitely take my van back there again !

Wouldn’t go past Toyota Charles Hurst
