Knots not bleached
The hair system has been delivered on time and in good packaging conditions. Color and hair cut are ok and densitity seems to be lower than last order but this is acceptable. The only major problem is that I ordered for knots bleaching all over ( and paid for it )but it was not done at all. Knots are visible and this was never my option because I like tha natural look it gives specially when I wear my hair parted to the sides.
I really think I should be entitled to some kind of compensation or refund for the inconvenience because returning the system is not an option due to the high custom taxes for international shipment in Brazil. What solution would you guys offer me in this case?
11/02/2026 I got a feedback from the company and they offered me a bulky discount in my next purchase as a compensation for the inconvenience described above and promised to shoe me a picture of the bleached knots before the shipment of my next purchase. I got really satisfied with their caring genuinely for the customer's feelings towards their experience with Lordhair. Thank you Fancy( consultor ) for the attention and rediness to find a solution to my problem.

My latest system was not very good but they rectified it quickly
My latest system was not very good. Even my barber commented it was dry and frizzy. The system also was very waivy and not natural.
Very disappointed with this one. It’s abnormal as I have had good experiences in the past

The base feels and fits great
The base feels and fits great. My only complaint is I wish you would have more African American hair styles with this base.
Other than that I love it. Totally undetectable!

Awesome quality for an awesome price. It lasts about 1-3 Months, you wont get it cheaper. Sometimes the delivery takes a little longer but you just have to time it right. For me the best Systemshop!

My system shed so badly that I replaced it after 3 plus weeks. I bought another from a competitor. I used to buy lots of units from you but had issues. I came back to Lord Hair after a period of time and again the unit shed way too much. I dont think I will ever order again and will post reviews on social media. In the past I reached out to Lord Hair and sent photos only to get a response of excuses. I asked for a refund or replacement, but only offered some reward points with a value of $20. I spent thousands with Lord Hair, gave them one last chance with my recent order only to have another issue. To be fair, some of my orders were fine over the years. Many of the hair units had issues with excessive shedding and lack of hair volume. I have now use Ehairc and have been receiving excellent results at half the cost.

Well worth the money
I love the way the hair systems from Lordhair are constructed, how they feel, how they look, and how they blend.
