Regarding the odor, this system included styling, and some products are used during that process. When shipped internationally in sealed packaging, a temporary smell can sometimes be present. We understand that this can be unpleasant, even if it fades after airing out, and we appreciate you mentioning it.

We also want to clarify what happened with your recent refund to avoid any misunderstanding.

After receiving your concerns, we accepted your request right away and agreed to help with the return and refund, even though the unit had already been used. Our goal was to support you as smoothly as possible. However, while the return process was still underway, a third-party payment dispute was opened on your end out of concern about the refund.

Once a dispute is opened, the payment provider automatically freezes the funds and places them into a formal investigation. At that point, the refund can only be processed through the payment platform’s procedures — the funds are no longer in our direct control. This mandatory process is entirely managed by the provider and is unfortunately, why the refund took longer than either of us wanted. We’re glad to know the full refund has now been successfully received.

We completely understand how stressful and frustrating that waiting period must have felt, especially as a long-standing customer who trusted us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and worry this caused. We truly value our relationship with you and remain committed to handling all after-sales concerns with transparency, responsibility, and care.
