I purchased L'Oréal Bright Reveal it did nothing for my skin; in fact, it appears to have made my dark spots worse. The company claims that I will see results in a week. Who are they kidding? I have used other products from L'Oréal. I will never buy this brand again. Not one of their products work for me.

Me and my mom were dying her hair a caramel blonde colour and her hair is originally brown. After we washed it out it was like a strawberry blonde, so we went back to the store and got a brown dye to try and turn it back, that didn’t go well. Awful New Formula for Colour Protect Conditioner

Elvive Colour Protect conditioner has had a formula change. After using this product for 20 years,it is now absolutely awful. Hair is left heavy and claggy. Feels dirty after washing with an awful residue. A 20 year customer lost unless it reverts to old formula

Made my splint ends worse!!

I used the 'split ends' repairing hair mask and it made my hair fall out in clumps and it made my split ends worse, made my hair frizzy, and got rid of my natural hair curl. I DO NOT reccomend if you want to get rid of your split ends. Just avoid Loreal all together!

L'Oreal lies

I am absolutely disappointed by L'Oreal and I will stop using their products immediately. There color m26 has had problems with incorrect coloring in the bottle. If you are using m26 the activation colors should be yellow. I have received two with black and it turned my hair blonde. Which L'Oreal is continuing to say that I have gray hair. No I don't That is what colors came out from using the black color on my hair I've never had any issues. Unless you are a licensed master styler or a licensed color corrector you have no idea what you're talking about. You have fooled the American people and fooled all of the stores that buy your product. As you can see you only have a 1.7 star rating what does that say about your company. To any future people who are going to buy this product be very careful because you don't get what you pay for.

I bought the loreal duo, did not think about content as size of bottle was quite large, lasted about 2 weeks opened top and found that only about a 5th of the actual bottle had product in??? Biggest con out there. This is not only bad for the environment using too much plastic but it is mis selling

Quality Down - Product & Owners

Not only has the product quality go down significantly in a lot of their brands, I used NYX quite heavily and L'Oreal owns them along with MOST of the brands in the drugstores.. Honestly I can't recommend them anymore, not just because of the LACK of quality in the product, but because of LACK of quality from the owners. Their company goes after small businesses (NKD for one, that poor woman.. Literally NO ONE would mistake a salon for that seriously basic & OUTDATED eyeshadow palette.) while have a MONOPOLY in the make-up world at least in North America.. Honestly maybe I'm alone in this, but bad ethics ruins a brand for me.

Waste of Time

Ordered from their beauty outlet and had multiple items in my order cancelled... they did not even notify me they were cancelled I had to go back and look at the order page to see this.
Annoying. I wouldn't have ordered at all, as the perfume (which was cancelled) was the reason I ordered.

Save your money

Save your money. These products are shit. And besides being shit: they still support animal testing, either within their own company or with companies they work with. But they always try to act GREEN and oh so eco-friendly. Bullshit. L'oreal lies all the time. Like I said: save your money, there are way better options than this.

Disappointed with Customer Service

I’ve placed multiple orders with L’Oréal Australia, and unfortunately, I’ve had a frustrating experience each time. My orders have consistently been “lost in limbo,” failing to arrive at the warehouse. Each time, I’ve had to follow up with customer service after waiting two weeks with no updates with the order only continuing to read “created”.

When I contacted support, I received only a vague apology and was told, “We’re sorry, we don’t know what happened.” Despite the repeated inconvenience, there was no effort to offer any compensation—no discount code, no goodwill gesture—just, “There’s nothing we can do.”

I expected better service from a brand like L’Oréal. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of proactive communication and unwillingness to make things right for a loyal customer is disappointing. I hope L’Oréal Australia takes steps to improve their order fulfillment process and customer care moving forward.

I purchased three bottles of Revitalift, and I just want women to know that this stuff does not work. It costs approximately $28 per bottle, and I have two bottles left. It is uncomfortable to my skin, and I saw no difference in skin texture. Do not waste your money.

I have been using the magic loreal root colour for over 10 years when my hair was long so buying it around 5 times a year I always had product left over. I have used this product 3 times i the last 3 months and the first 2 had some left over the product i used last night didnt have enough in it to cover my roots on my whole head. Customer service complaints said nothing they could do as i didnt notice the amount of product that was in there, never mind the fact there was only enough product to cover half of my head of roots. I said why would anyone look to see how much is in the there when product has always been good, why would i look for something to be wrong. PAY £9.99 YOU BELIEVE that the company selling item would be honest and not trying to rip customers off. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!! AM I SUPPOSED TO BUY ITEMS AND PRESUME THAT THE COMPANY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT PUT IN THEIR PRODUCT WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX

I just colored my hair again today. I still marvel after over 40 years of using your Preference how great this product is. I used it when my hair was brown. I am 84 pure white hair and use light ash blonde. No one knows. Thank you for continuing to do such great work. Just had to write and tell you.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a can of Loreal Magic Root touch which was faulty and absolutely ruined 2 brand new items of clothing by spraying all over them.

For months now I have been in touch with Loreal trying to get a refund for both the item and clothing. I have sent photographs of the faulty product and damaged clothing. They will only refund for the damaged can after a fight (I dont have the supermarket receipt where I purchased the item from is their excuse)

Their response is absolutely appalling!! Their customer service is a joke/non existent.

I will not give in Loreal and will be taking this further.
I would give no stars if the system would allow me.
