Loreal midnight serum. Had to check how much was actually in the bottle and guess what!! Only half the amount in the bottle. Rip off

6 months ago I left a negative review on one of their hair care products and now anytime this company has samples to try it is rejected and I feel that this is where the negativity on their end is coming from shame on you L'Oreal

Product didn’t work it actually broke my skin out now I have more dark spots

Skin serums,creams,are my Guilty Pleasure's. A pleasure that has gotten really difficult for me to indulge in. With prices going up up has not been easy for me to afford. I'm a 60 year old male. Who spent too much time in sun,parties,alcohol, unfortunately drugs also. Even when I can't afford these products. Love read about new ingredients ect. Google my go to for looking up any every ?. Roc has been my favorite vitamin c serum for over 3-4 years. I love Loreals bottle designs packaging colors.The feel of there products. 💯 Absolutely best beauty products out there. My opinion. They have made major improvements everywhere to ingredients design. Ads that draw you in and take you to the very art of skin care. They have made advances everywhere. I have been using L'Oreal Revitalift derm intensive 12percent VitaminC+E+Salicylic. Goes on smooth absorbs no greasy feeling. It instantly wakes my face, brightens and tightens. My Favorite ingredient Vit C and love hydro boost. Going to look and see if L'Oreal has and can beat Neutrogena. Good product Neutrogena Hydro Boost? I'll check on. With this and Roc my skin color is evening out. I'm not able to use all products. Like retinal. Anyway. I can't believe more people haven't noticed how much this brand has gotten better in every way. Have never bought a L'Oreal product that didn't feel like a step above Luxury and science combined. They have awesome team of people working dedicated to L'Oreal. Great work and thanks. Be sure and vote this election. I'm praying for our economy. It has really been hard on lower income and those that live on social security. Skin care is my guilty pleasure. Great job L'Oreal. Love your 12 percent vitamin C+E+Salicylic face serum. Roc was finally beat after years. Still Rok is excellent
C Serum. Tried many.

Ordered a LANCOME product 11 days ago but have never heard had an email or refund despite escalating three times over the phone to customer care. Quite simply their training saying "I understand your frustration" and "I completely hear where you're coming from" is an insult to the intelligence of people who are spending big bucks on skin care, hair care and make up. They are thieves in my books. Take your money and then the call centre can do absolutely nothing whatsoever to help you except "escalate" which does zip.

I contacted Loreal about their permanent hair dye turning my hair bright green (the colour in the bottle developed as green so it isn't anything to do with my hair/products). I emailed them in sending photos and offering batch numbers which they weren't interested in. I was promised replacement product but then after chasing this I was offered £10 refund through a portal that I had to sign up to which turned out to be a whole heap of hassle and not worth it. I bought another dye from them from a different shop and in a different shade a few months apart and the same has happened again. Clearly they have an issue with their product but aren't interested when you look at the other internet reviews.

Been using L'oreal excellence creme 4 for years my hair colour used to come out glossy and shiny. The new formula is terrible! My roots are a yellow/green colour and it feels like it has damaged my hair. It's left my hair brittle and the colour is awful. This used to be a great product, I definitely will not be using it again. I am left walking around with a yellow/green hue. Awful

Have not used a permanent for many years, normally use a Demi every 3/4 months. Decided to take a risk as colour looked great on box and I have some greys coming through, I am naturally a level 5 brown. This product has destroyed my hair, it was rinsed off after 25 minutes. My hair was taken to a level 2, bitter black with reflections of maroon and under tones of green, hair has become extremely dry, hair dresser recommended professional removal but have to wait as it’s clearly damaged, 2 weeks in and it’s completely dry and brittle, colour is fading slightly but still too damaged to take another process. I will never use a L’Oréal product again. Please use Clairol, I believe it’s a superior product but that’s just my opinion.

Yes 6.3 is green lumpy and turns your hair a horrible straw colour
Used it for years and now shocking - I thought I had a fake version as part of the bottles were labels in Greek … I have just put a 6 on my hair which felt like the old style - smooth not lumpy . So I am hoping for the old results - but having read this will be changing my hair colour brand

I have been using this product for 25 years and the formula has changed. It is now green when mixed and so thick and gloopy that it doesn’t squeeze out of the application bottle. I have to keep shaking after each squeeze which makes a real mess. It doesn’t last as long as it did to cover greys. I am so upset and disappointed and agree with other reviews. I thought the problem was with the previous company I ordered from and went elsewhere and the same problem. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND I WILL REPORT ACCORDINGLY. Don’t purchase this product.

Why? Why mend if it ain’t broken! That’s what I say! After nearly 25 years of using this product, all this additional H Acid ingredient has done is changed a perfectly easy to use, great coverage DIY product to a really tricky to mix, unnecessarily difficult to squeeze out of the tube, unbelievably difficult to apply, hardly lasting a week on roots, I.e, no longer permanent and even leaving hair ‘crispier’ or not as natural as it used to product! I’m changing my hair colour after 25 years!

They have youtube commercials. That's a no-go.

I had made a mistake on my own I reached out to L'Oreal they had suggested certain things for me to do different products and different hair colors to try and I did that and my hair looks great I went from like coppertone look from dying it previous cuz I screwed up I contacted them they told me try this or this I did it now they're a nice golden blonde color and I love it they are very professional and they care about their customers. The date is approximate I can't remember the exact date

Looks like loreal doesn't live up to its supposed own standards and likes to beat up the little guys. Making a small company suffer for rights to a name that only resembles a product like by I initials that they had first and acting like vultures over prey when they didn't renew it in 30 days after having it for 13 years. That is not fair play and it's reprehensible behavior on a corporate citizen. This tells me and many friends you no longer deserve our support. Shame on Loreal.

i have recommended L'Oreal Excellence hair dye to so many people as they complimented my hair. I have used Natural light golden brown 6.3 for many years. I noticed the picture had changed but the box stated different packaging same colour so I bought 2. Its a very popular colour so I usually multi buy. When I mixed it, the colour was green and the consistency was thick and lumpy. I started to apply and then panicked thinking this must be a faulty batch or the wrong colour. I rinsed it off after 10 minutes and my roots looked green. I dread to think what would happen if I had left it longer. What have they done to a previously brilliant product. I was going to swap the colour for natural light brown but now I will have to find another brand as it appears to be across all colours. So disappointed.

L'Oreal Excellence Creme no 4 hair dye. This product is now dreadful. I have been using this colour for over 20 years and it has never disappointed until now. The new formula left my grey hairs with a blonde/green tinge and did not dye them brown. I agree with the other reviews that it is to be avoided and I will be looking at other brands. Do not use!

I agree with Patricia Norman review, addition of hyaluronic acid to formula has made it too thick to squeeze through applicator nozzle. The 2 parts of the dye did not mix together very easily. It reminded me of the 10 minute dye I sometimes use so I got the brush out of that but not easy to apply with that either. I have been using Excellence for about 30 years, but I cannot after this change.

Been using excellence dark blonde for years, recently I purchased my usual two boxes and I was shocked at the end when my roots were completely neon yellow! Absolutely ruined my hair! Thanks L’Oréal! I realise now the formula has changed, another customer lost I’m so disappointed
