The engineer just got down and found out what the problem was and fixed it.Ross made it look so simple.

Recommended repair service.

Booked a repair via Samsung Smart Things app.
The app forwarded Lothian Domestic as their certified repair company covering my location, and was directed to their booking form.

The booking procedure was straightforward and easy to navigate and complete.
Updates on my repair booking were texted, including a phone and text alert on the day to inform me of the repairman’s imminent arrival.

My repair thankfully only required a condenser to be unblocked, removing accumulated detritus since purchase, and no replacement parts were needed. 20 minute repair/service and our appliance was fully functional again.

Payment was only for labour, which was taken by card, although the option to pay with cash was also offered.

Thorough satisfied with every aspect of the service.

Excellent ! Paul was very efficient. The whole experience with Lothian Domestics was very good took 5 mins to book my appt online with them directly. I was informed of the slot on the day in the morning and informed of my 2 hour slot at lunchtime. Possible slightly more advanced notice of time slot would be ideal but overall excellent.

Good communication regarding the appointment. Engineer (Paul) investigated the problem thoroughly and replaced any parts required. Tested the machine on completion to confirm the repair.

Second time I’ve used Lothian Domestics. Scott was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem quickly solved and friendly advice given on how to optimise my new washer dryer. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Kept informed about the appointment at all times, arrived on time and Ross was excellent. Ross diagnosed the issue quickly and was super efficient in getting the repair completed. Our machine is now fully operational great service.
