Engineer arrived within five time scale. Checked over machine and quickly found the issue which he then replaced the affected parts. Throughout the visit the engineer was professional while offering polite conversation. Really pleased with the service provided by Lothian Domestics Ltd.

Ross, the local fridge/ freezer repair man, was helpful, speedy and very well versed in his task. He completed the repair with no fuss or difficulty.

Ross came within time limit given. He answered all our questions.
As well as the time set between 8am and 2pm, we received a text when he was on his way and gave approx time of 10 minutes, unfortunately we did not get the text till about 20 minutes after he'd left.

Very happy customer, had 2 visits to fix Samsung washing machine to wait on a part, but Ross, then Scott came out to fix the problem. Both were first class, excellent at what they do, can't complain about anything, regular updates by text, highly recommend 🙂👍

Ross arrived on time. He was courteous and identified the issue immediately. He estimated it would take an hour to repair. He carried out the repair and cleaned up after. He is a credit to the company. A very satisfied customer.

Ross was efficient and kind, he found an object in the w/mashing impeller which he thinks caused the problem of not draining. He tested it x3 and there were no problems. Would recommend 👍

Received regular automated updates on the arrival of the engineer Ross, who arrived precisely as predicted on the app. He came prepared with all the parts and tools essential to complete the job efficiently and professionaly. Above and beyond his call of duty, Ross was happy to provide answers to my multiple queries in regard the physical features of the washer, it's electronics design, and diagnostics. Ross made the event an enjoyable experience rather than an annoying inconvenience. A Big thanks to Ross and the Lothian Team.

PS The only niggle in the near perfect system, occured during the initial reporting stage. After filling in the Samsung Warranty details and reporting the breakdown on Samsung's site, I was redirected to Lothian's website where I was required to complete the exact same information. Otherwise a great experience!

The engineer just got down and found out what the problem was and fixed it.Ross made it look so simple.

Booked a repair via Samsung Smart Things app.
The app forwarded Lothian Domestic as their certified repair company covering my location, and was directed to their booking form.

The booking procedure was straightforward and easy to navigate and complete.
Updates on my repair booking were texted, including a phone and text alert on the day to inform me of the repairman’s imminent arrival.

My repair thankfully only required a condenser to be unblocked, removing accumulated detritus since purchase, and no replacement parts were needed. 20 minute repair/service and our appliance was fully functional again.

Payment was only for labour, which was taken by card, although the option to pay with cash was also offered.

Thorough satisfied with every aspect of the service.
