Super customer service.
The women at the Kolding Stocenter are very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. I have only good things to talk about them.

This branch is truly excellent. The staff are friendly, very professional, and always clear about discounts. On my last visit, they spotted an issue with my eye that resulted in me being referred to the eye hospital. Thankfully, it was nothing serious, but I was impressed with how well they were able to detect and advise me what to do about this issue.

I would highly recommend this branch to anyone needing anything related to your eye care, eyewear or contact lenses.

The staff were willing to speak English with me so that I could 100 percent understand every aspect of my experience .
The service was efficient and excellent not rushed .
The quality is fantastic.

The assistant tried to sell me the glasses she wanted to sell, not the glasses I actually need.

Bought glasses 2 weeks ago, they fell from chair and broke. Not the glass, but the frame. You'd think that for 2000kr the frames would hold if the wind blows stronger.

- Not a quality product/perhaps factory mistake. Never in my 20 years of using glasses a frame broke from small impact.

- Customer service helping navigate this was also horrible. I was offered half price for same type of frame, which in my opinion was poorly made. So essentially pay extra 1000kr for bad quality which will probably not hold for another month. Glasses are supposed to hold at least a couple of years.

So basically unusable product after 2 weeks for 3000kr.

I would recommend picking an optician with better customer service and better quality product.

I've always gotten good service at Louis Nielsen Frederiksberg. The prices are very competitive and the quality of the lenses and the after care service is really good. Much much better than Synoptik. Just being honest... Sorry, Synoptik.

I had a very unpleasant and humiliating experience at Profil Optik in Glostrup. The store manager, Farhad Tabrizi, treated me with complete disrespect and made me feel deeply unwelcome.

I filed a formal complaint to the company, expecting accountability and at least a proper investigation. Instead, I only received generic responses that dismissed the incident as a “misunderstanding.” Even the Head of Public Relations from Louis Nielsen A/S confirmed that they are “not able to uncover any further details” and simply consider the matter closed.

This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. Instead of addressing unprofessional behavior, the company prefers to protect its staff and push the problem away.

I strongly advise avoiding this store and brand if you value respect, professionalism, and trust.

After posting my review, the company replied below, suggesting that their staff did not recognize the incident and even implying that my description was not true. I want to underline that I stand by every word of my experience. This kind of response only shows a lack of accountability and respect towards customers. Instead of taking responsibility, the company tries to question the customer’s credibility — which is exactly why people should be cautious.

Very professional eye test. Good and reasonable price for glasses.

The quality of the cheap eyeglass frames was too low, they have a wide ranges of eyeglass frames which were above my budget and the price was too high for me to use my own frames,but overall they are good.

The price is really good. I only paid 950 for two pairs of glasses with a gadget filter. You can also select and try on glasses online, which makes the process hassle-free. The glasses fit well, look nice, and have great quality – especially considering they cost only 199. I bought it at Valby Branch.

As I found out from my first & second visit to Louisnielsen optical store is great as it has to be.I'm again fully satisfied with my new reading glasses again. Kind reception, good professional services also neat and organised place

I visited the Købmagergade office
today for assistance with a contact lens issue. I am on holiday so not a client but the man in reception was extremely helpful and polite and the optometrist went above and beyond. I was assured that it was their policy to help me regardless. I have a new opinion regarding this business now so will definitely use them in the future. A happy and appreciative customer.
