non-stop reminders
I bought two pairs of glasses about 4 years ago from Louis Nielsen Horsens, and I have been signed up for yearly check up reminders. I keep texting STOP at the number they give, but the messages keep coming. I just unsubscribed over email too, hope that keeps the offers away for good.

Worst manager on Amagerbrogade.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from Louis Nielsen because of my negative experience, especially with the manager from that store, who was extremely rude and unable to assist a customer. I strongly advise that person to take a manager course because the way he handled my case was horrible, and it was an extremely disturbing experience.

Kicked out of queue
I got there 10 min to late yes I know, but the woman said to me that they were already behind so there would be some waiting anyway. Then a young tall man next to her said.. well you are 10 min late so you have to reschedule …. So.. he kicked me out of the line, that was already behind so me being 10 min to late should not have mattered, I should have kept my place in the waiting line.
For me the one star is because, there was no service level there towards me, the man overtook the service to me from the woman, reducing their time of being behind on my cost.

Not a customer for got really fast help
I am not a customer but I got a really fast and positive response with my problem.
My phone number was set on one for their customer's account (probably the previous owner of the phone number) and I was getting every month a few messages for the status of their order. I wrote an email and they removed my email within 30 minutes.
If I ever need glasses I will be their customer (I hope I never have to).
