suddenly started causing dramatic hair loss! i had been using this shampoo for over a year and i really loved it. however recently it has caused the ends of my hair to become dry and brittle. i didn’t realize until a family member asked me if i had cut my hair, and upon closer inspection discovered that it has caused over 4 inches of the length to break off.

I have had drastic hair loss from using this supposedly natural hair shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately I've used it for a couple of years and have now lost 60% of my hair. I didn't connect the dots and kept thinking it was my age, my hormones, etc. Then i looked up reviews online. These products should be banned. I only pray that my hair can now recover since I've put these products where they belong - in the trash.

So I needed a sulfate-free shampoo for my dry scalp and hair. I researched and found the love beauty and planet argan shampoo. I saw that so many people were using it and was quite good and all the Instagrammers are obsessed with it. So I bought it and started using it, also I was not a person who had the problem of hair fall, I just needed a mild shampoo that was not harsh for my hair. From the first use, I experienced hair fall but thought it was because of other things. But after 4-5 washes my hair became extremely dry and brittle and caused severe hair fall. I don't know why the ig is obsessed with this brand

I, like so many others, experienced hair loss using this stuff. It was starting to come out in clumps which really freaked me out. I switched to a new shampoo and within a couple days, the hair loss slowed down a lot. I will never use this product again.

Zero stars. I can’t believe how much hair I’ve lost. I’ve used this product for only a couple months and the hair loss is so noticeable. For those who have lost hair, did it grow back after not using it anymore? I have bald patches and am so concerned it won’t grow back.

I really wanted to like this shampoo and conditioner. It smelled great and had everything I thought would be good for my hair and scalp. After using this for months, it started to cause me to have yellow patches that were itchy and made me flake so bad. I thought I just had really bad dandruff or adult cradle cap, but when I switched to a different shampoo and conditioner it went away and now I don't have the problem anymore. The shampoo also does not lather very well, it's almost gel like. I also think the conditioner was a bit too heavy for my hair but that may just be because of the argan oil.

A month into using this shampoo, I started losing LOTS of hair at the root and breaking out in hives everywhere. I feared the worst and went to the doctor. All labs normal, everything normal. I didn’t make the connection until I saw countless other reviews of people experiencing the same things. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. All of my symptoms stopped as soon as I stopped using this product. I don’t know what’s in this stuff, but it’s obviously toxic. If I could give zero stars, I would. So much hair lost and emotional stress endured by so many. All natural? Yeah right.

This brand cause my hair to have so much build up and frizz and after a year my hair is still recovering. I do not recommend this brand for hair but it may have other good stuff

A couple months back I started using LBP and I've been experiencing hair loss a month or so in. It started with. I struggle with eating issues, I worried they were getting serious. I went to MULTIPLE doctors, got blood drawn and everything was normal. Y'all, please make sure you do research whenever trying out new products :/

Loved LB&P was using for several months before I realized my hair thinning followed by noticing clumps of hair falling out when I rinsed. Recently started using Hask shampoo for about 2 weeks now and noticing a significant change, less hair has been coming out.

I started using LB&P for about a month and a half now. At first it made my hair feel so soft. Then I started noticing I was losing more hair than normal. I started getting worried because it’s becoming more and more. I finally checked my hair in the mirror real good and as I pulled up sections to look at it, it looks like there’s breakage all through it. The ends literally looks as if someone held a lighter to it. I don’t use styling tools or blow dry my hair so I know it wasn’t due to that. I’m glad I came here and saw I wasn’t the only one. It’s going straight in the trash. This is supposed to be a wonderful product. Something definitely should be done about this!

My hair is long and beautiful till I started using this shampoo. Then my hair became dry frizzy and looked like I had put sun in or something like that in it. Made my hair color change to a reddish tint from blonde ish color. I'm not going to finish the bottle it's goi g in Garbage. Save your hair don't use this this. I thought at first it was good, it smelled nice felt clean. Then I started noticing dry & breaking hair then color change. Then I googled it. I'm stupid for not doing that first! Ugh!

I agree with the other people having hair loss issues! I’ve been using it for only a month and my hair comes out in clumps. I was in denial too. I thought if the product is safe for the environment and the ingredients are clean, how can it be the culprit causing my hair loss. Well after reading these reviews- it’s going back to the planet!! In my recycle bin. So disappointed 😔

how is it drying y’all’s hair?? mine is the softest it’s ever been and it’s so shiny. i love it so much!

At first I loved it but after a couple months I finally realized that the hair loss and breakage I was experiencing was from a result of using lb&p. I thought it was just stress but looking back I noticed the hair loss starting a couple weeks after starting the product. I switched brands and haven’t had issues at all since. My hair is finally growing again and isn’t breaking or just falling out. It took several months for me to figure out the cause was linked to lb&p, but that was mostly because I was in denial of it since it is marketed as a product good for you and the planet.

Zero stars!!! I agree folks. My hair got extremely thin and dry using this product. Shedding hair falling in my sink. I use a wide tooth comb, and I don't rip it through my hair when its wet and all I saw was a lot of hair in the comb as well.
Extremely upsetting. Definitely should be sued.

this is truly the most drying and stripping product i’ve put in my hair. my hair feels better after i bleach it than after i wash my hair with this product.

LB&P Shampoo is Causing Hair Loss. I've been using this product for about 2 months and my hair is falling out WAY more than it usually does. It comes out in long strands when I'm washing my hair. At first it smelled nice and didn't seem to harm my pink dyed hair, but after about 9 washes, the hair loss began. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. This company seems to not properly test their products first.

I experienced significant hair loss, just like the other reviews. I have never had this happen with any other product ever, and my hair is normal healthy hair… or was.

I heard that this shampoo/conditioner was good for revitalizing your dry hair. I had a ton of issues with extremely dry hair and search for everything to find a good shampoo/conditioner to help. At first this product helped make my hair softer and I loved it. Upon the second usage, my neck and entire scalp felt on fire. It was so bad that no matter how much I rinsed and rinsed it would not stop. Mid shower my boyfriend started to worry due to all the yelling and eventually called his moms use make homemade items like such and asked them how to make the burning go away. I DO NOT recommend this product for anyone!!
